Digital TV

I tried out a couple of those digital converter boxes for broadcast TV reception. For highly sensitive people: forget it. They're intolerable; too much RF.

I'd like to get a small flatscreen digital TV, but would likely have a similar problem. Anyone bought one lately? I guess I could get safelevel.com tocustom-shield one, but would like to avoid doing something that drastic.

Hmmm, I tried a digital converter box last year and had no problems
with it. I subsequently got a 37" LCD HDTV, and although this *did*
cause some symptoms at first, I eventually got used to it. Although
I did have to dim the backlight, and I do avoid sending
it a 1080p signal (I can tolerate 720p and 1080i) due to increased
symptoms, and I also use EMF protection devices while watching it.

Plus, we have 2 LCD HDTVs that we use as computer monitors.
