Detoxing Properly - timing is important

sailplane
Hunch about detox timing that we talked about in a previous thread turns out to be correct.
Here is a video Merializer found:
https://youtu.be/J03u_pcNy_g

and also of interest
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=zBphKSNADBQ
and

https://www.quicksilverscientific.com/black-box-2

Tons of info there. Most importantly.. bile flow is one of the most important for detox.
And timing of activating and catching and pushing the toxins is important.  Through their studies they developed that Black Box 2 kit, but it's a little expensive.. although for some people it may be worth it, considering how much effort they put into studying this.

For me, I'm buying vodka and steeping some swedish bitter herbs with extra Myrrh and Gentian in it soon to duplicate their product for bile flow.

I haven't looked at the rest of their products, if anybody has time to take a look, let us know.. the should probably publish the instructions for free on the timing. The video says  30-40minutes between activating and then catching.
Gotta figure out what they use for activating and binding... I have cilantro, chlorella, zeolite and NAC.

Glutathione is a big part of their system, but I haven't even ever tried any. Anybody tried it, different brands, etc..? They have some special version of it, I think liposomal.

Probably the first video is the most important. Even if we're not doing it too correctly, if we take binders every 30-60 minutes, we should be able to get something out. Also, bitters would be super important as well, to actually go all the way out, and probably something like fresh carrot juice/apple in the same time to protect everything and help the toxins speed along the way out.

I never thought of bitters as detoxing.. and I was taking them for months. They did help with my stomach.
Also ALA is a mercury chelator.. so it should be used with caution.. and taken around the clock if used along with some binder.

Yeah, i was also watching Chris Shade being interviewed by Dr. Mercola.
He seems knowledgeable about detox.

Nice info from Robin Shirley, thanks Sailplane!!

It's though not easy to find all these chelators and inject you with them if necessary on your own. You need support...

I think Shirley's suggestion of :
- frequent low dose chelation
- combo of chelators
 - round the clock
- low dose (never high)
- mineral supplementation
- only when strong

is quite good indeed.

I'm doing it with wild blueberries + spirulina + barley grass + dulse + cilantro + parsley, then I just bought R-LA (a sort of better ALA) supplement... but I still haven't taken it.

I'm playing with my smoothie above, as suggestion from Anthony William. He said there is NO other better method to clean heavy metals on the planet (I mean, his Spirit said that).

It's still tasty, as we add bananas to it. So I'm taking this smoothie daily and feel slowly things moving around.

The problem is that first the liver has to be in good shape, or it will take ages to clean. So I'm doing also a liver diet to support my liver in that.

Let's see. Only time will tell. So far, the smoothie was easy to take (compared to everything I've done in the past to chelate that felt like killing me...).

It does move metals I think, because my daughter takes less of the smoothie, but then later she needs then chlorella (or she has strong tummy pains - one of her main symptoms of losened heavy metals).

We're doing that for about a month now. I'll certainly continue.

I'd recommend trying Zeolite.
I went a bit overboard yesterday with chlorella and cilantro which both mobilize metals.
Woke up in the night feeling pretty messed up from it and took a tablespoon of zeolite. Was able to feel back to almost normal until the morning.. had to take more zeolite. I also took bitters shortly after cilantro and chlorella. In any case, each time I felt bad I took zeolite and it helped within an hour.

Also in the video they talk about substances that absorb metals like zeolite also causing the body to release them, even without anything else which is interesting. I have had great relief with zeolite in the past, this may explain why it was able to work on it's own.
Yes liver, kidney, gallbladder are important... I am feeling good enough so I can do quite a bit, but when I was worse it seemed impossible.  I got better over 2 years with low RF levels, but since few days ago my neighbor is radiating me again so I'm trying to do the detox with the radiation now before I get worse and then I can't do anything.

The symptoms I get are very much flu-like in the night when the toxins start coming out.. and that's similar to what I used to have every day all the time a while back, without any effort to detox, so I was probably full of toxins circulating all the time.. not sure.. going away from RF fixed that quickly.

Keep in mind that chlorella may mobilize metals as well.. not as much as cilantro, but some.. so probably the best thing is to keep going with it every hour maybe. Even zeolite may do it too.. he says in the video the body senses the substance that absorbs toxins is in the system and them dumps them out, but they don't know the mechanism how that works.

Yep, certainly zeolites are good to consider too. I took it in less amount than chlorella, but I still keep it in the kitchen cabinet too, when my first guns do not work (usually my first guns are chlorella with bear garlic, MSM powder, very potent too, and recently liposomal vitamin C, very fast and potent for lots of things).

Today I took all 3 during a flare (inflammation on my hands) that feel AWFUL.
Only after the Liposomal C, I felt coming back to normal life.

If that hadn't worked, zeolites would be the next target.
I also bought again ALA to see how I react. It's a mobilizer, and in the past, I did not react to it well. Nor to zeolites either. I had better reaction to chitosan and DE (but their binding power was much smaller than my chlorella + MSM).

Chlorella only works well if taken in great amounts at once. You can repeat, but each dose has to be rather high (probably because it drops some of the toxins in the middle of the way). I like the taste of it, and personally, I find it helps me much more than spirulina (even though I am now taking spirulina, due to Anthony William, to try his heavy metal protocol too).

Only time will tell...

In winter, I fight a chronic skin infection, that sort of drains my energy. It's better now than in the past (I used to fight 10 months a year with it, now it's reduced to 2 months, which is much better). But not ideal yet.

It's like all these binders work for different toxins, and if I don't get the right one, I just rotate until I find what stops the reaction. Sometimes it's only the COMBO that stops.

I continue to read the book of Anthony William on the liver. It's got very interesting information, that the liver stores radioactive particles deep inside it and will try to keep them in due to its extreme toxic effects.

But when it gets overburdened, it will leak other less dangerous toxins, and we feel awful as all these free radicals travel to the brain, CNS, heart, etc creating all sorts of symptoms.

I think we all with EHS have liver problems. At least, that is the impression when I read this book. As it's got almost 500 pages, it will take me sometime to finish it, but his explanations are so clear, and understanding how the liver works hard to protect the pancreas, lymph, kidneys, brain, heart, that is the organ to start supporting, I feel.

Better that the toxins get off through stools than through kidneys, because kidney cells do not regenerate as liver cells (that fully regenerates). Kidneys cells are like brain cells: hard to regenerate (this is common sense in science).

He also said that some toxins such as heavy metals are ionic charged and that makes their destructive power higher. The liver, if functioning well, can coat these toxins and cancel their electrical charge so that they are partially neutralized.

He said that it's not that the body HAS electricity (like the brain and heart) but that the body IS electricity.

He said that everything in the body IS electricity, life needs that electricity to work, and that is why these ionic heavy metals are even more dangerous, because the body's electricity will activate them more.

As the body's electricity cannot turn off, the only way to deal with ionic toxins is to coat them to neutralize their charge.

I wonder if the violet ray does not do that too. He is a sort of Cayce of our time, he even mentioned that Spirit told him about Cayce. At the time Cayce was working, viruses and heavy metals were starting to become pervasive (you gotta read the books of Anthony to get that historical perspective). And Cayce was recommending the Violet Ray to so many people...

I just wonder why I feel that that type of electrical treatment feels like canceling toxins for me... I wish he writes something about that one day.

What about hops as bitters? That is used in beer. It can be bought online or in selfmade-beer shops.

I don't know about hops, but I was just told about Artichoke tea as being excellent for bile flow. I hate the taste of course,.. my mom keeps bugging me about it and how great it is.

Artichoke tea is a great digestive aid, as it helps increase bile in the stomach, which breaks down fat. Then it carries it all off to be flushed away out of your system.

For Liver Health: This same increase in bile also supports good liver function. Ancient Egyptians knew that artichokes implicitly supported good liver health.
