Detox reaction

Fizzy
Having just started a detox protocol cutting out the inflammatory food groups such as gluten, sugar, dairy and sadly for me...coffee :( and started some supplementation, I have found my ES has suddenly become much worse. Also through healthy eating this last week I passed quite a few gallstones, by accident. I have been detoxing the metals, parasites and die-off etc through Bioresonance. But I definitely feel supersensitive to emfs at the moment. Has anyone else become supersensitive in the initial detox stage? How long did it take for those feelings to pass?

A lot of the time I simply have to abandon whatever detox protocol is doing that, as the sensitivities just get worse and worse.  Although sometimes you can find toxin binders or antioxidants that will give you a bit of relief.

Thankyou....I find your replies very interesting. Maybe we have weak livers in general and therefore find detoxing hard on the body?
I felt inspired by the comments of one member on this forum who got better gradually, even though it took months. I feel the need to do something as our neighbours have ramped up their wifi, fibre optics have been installed in the lane, and there is military activity some days. We have moved 4 times in 4 years due to emf problems...its exhausting!
If our cells are operating at maximum and healthy capacity then maybe we have more of a chance to combat ES? I have found that keeping away coffee most of the time definitely makes a difference. Coffee seems to make the ES worse and max out the nervous system. Shame as I adore coffee! Maybe too our bodies crave what is bad for them such as sugar carbs and caffeine. Someone mentioned emfs...and also parasites such as with Lyme infections can contribute to these cravings. Sugar definitely feeds Lyme.
Anyways veggies and good stuff from now on...groan :(  (see how long this lasts lol!)

I develop terrible headaches when trying a full-blown detox.  Instead, I take Chlorella daily and try to avoid toxins in food and personal products.

I have found that avoiding inflammatory foods like grains in flours, chips, etc, and sugar carbs while eating more greens, vegetables and berries along with good meat help me to feel better.  Was advised to cut out the coffee but still consume a few cups each morning and still feel and sleep better with the proper diet.
