A lot of the time I simply have to abandon whatever detox protocol is doing that, as the sensitivities just get worse and worse.  Although sometimes you can find toxin binders or antioxidants that will give you a bit of relief.

I develop terrible headaches when trying a full-blown detox.  Instead, I take Chlorella daily and try to avoid toxins in food and personal products.

I have found that avoiding inflammatory foods like grains in flours, chips, etc, and sugar carbs while eating more greens, vegetables and berries along with good meat help me to feel better.  Was advised to cut out the coffee but still consume a few cups each morning and still feel and sleep better with the proper diet.

I'm not sure about "detoxing", but drugs like caffeine can confuse perception of symptoms. But you are saying caffeine makes symptoms worse.

See "spider studies" where spider webs were compared after common drug intake. Caffeine was one of the worst.

ive been taking chlorella also and find it very helpful.
about gallstones....i have a feeling emfs cause my gallbladder to contract, therefore releasing bile/cholesterol and i wonder if this is why my cholesterol is sky high most of the time...i can often feel it in my tummy, near gallbladder area, and can hear it as well sometimes.

To "detoxify" you must move away from EMF (the toxin) or shield it, which is difficult. Other measures are weak.

I know a woman who was sleeping near a smart meter and she was told to have her gall bladder removed.
