Sounds like this might work, although very expensive, yes.
The thing that Giles mentioned doing: when entering a building
with wifi, going in, going back out to QiGung breath, going in,
going out to breathe, until she could go in without getting
pressure from the wifi. The whole idea of defusing the
"early warning system" was a realy eye-opener for me.

Repeating the pattern, going back in the building, only
adding the breathing is doing something to the established
pattern to change it, and thereby changing the
neuroplasticity of the brain. So, one could just do this
breathing thing for a lot less money.
The Emotional Freedom Technique also changes the brain
patterns, and releases the blockages in the energy system
caused by trauma. I was in an EFT workshop when the
instructor used me for a demonstration for work on my
fear of cell phones (fear, because they give me pain if
I am near them). After 20 minutes
of doing meridian tapping coupled with appropriate
statements, she flashed a cell phone in front of me and
asked how I felt. It just looked like a shiny little object
to me, and I didn't feel the fear. Still, I wasn't about to
make a call on it! I still knew to stay away from it, but
the fear aspect was gone.
