Court case over macrocell at Crest in France

rowster_c
Hello Group,

It has been a pity to be offline for some time. I am trying to finish
an article I am writing on the subject. I see some interesting
messages to catch up on.

People might like to be aware, there is an important court case
returning a verdict tomorrow Wednesday the 7th at Crest in France.

It is described at www.sauvonsleon.fr , translatable via google.
Its pretty ugly. Orange set up a macrocell in the centre of the town
of Crest instead of on the fringe. People in the beams are getting
electrosensitivity and falling down steps. They are dropping dead.

Death rates are calculated in the beams (10% of the population) and
outside the beams (90% of the population):

12 June – 12 July: 4 deaths in beams (10% of population), 1 out
of
beams (90% of population).
12 May – 12 June: 6 in beams, 2 out of beams.
12 April – 12 May: 2 in beams, 4 out of beams.

The residents who are falling down sick and dying have eventually
become fed up and are suing Orange Telecom. This is a big deal. It
may
be recalled that another French telecom successfully sued a citizen
for 9000 euros for defamation in a media article in 2003. The citizen
was bailed out in bankruptcy court by the French Greens recently.

It will be of interest if the case finds in the residents' favor.
I consider it possibly relevant that the site indicates they had
experienced a heat wave 2 years I think previously, with morbidity.
It
is indicated that the more frail groups are affected. One may wonder
whether the macrocell is too much for people who have probably
already experienced heat stress to the brain, as a possible
explananation for this event.

Must go,

Rowan C
