Could food sensitivities disappear with Okoubaka 3X alone?

Jinna
For those with MCS or MCAD, or food intolerance or allergies, a rather new homeopathic product could be a solution.

The cost is minimal, as it is a homeopathic product.

No side effects, the worst that can happen is that it won't work.

A person with severe food intolerance, afraid she was going to die because all foods she took caused her blisters in her mouth or burning, stomach aches contacted a practitioner who is specialized in gut diseases.

I saw the interview with him (it's in German, if someone would like to see it, I can send the link).

He told her that most food allergies get solved with Okoubaka D3 (in the US it will be Okoubaka 3X).

Two weeks after the lady started on that, she finally started to gain weight again, and could eat many of the foods she couldn't before.

This practitioner thinks Okoubaka is the first remedy for food allergies, and it is very useful for those with MCS.

He did not say the dosage, but I would say, for those with severe food intolerance, start with 5 pellets 5x day (if in globuli), or 5-10 drops 3-5 times a day, if in liquid.

You can also buy the globuli, and dissolve it in water, succuss it 200 times, then take the drops as above.

You only need to buy one bottle for trying (cost here is about 8-10 dollars). It is very easy to make 10 bottles from the single bottle, with the same effect as the original bottle.

So one bottle would be enough to use for quite some time.

I started today. My main problems are gluten and milk. I won't eat those things though, because I know they aren't good anyway.

My daughter still has quite some allergies (kiwi, apples, many other acid fruits), as well as husband (gluten, milk products, he can't live without them, but has eczema his whole life).

I'll put them in the Okoubaka experiment and report what happens to them.

I won't see any improvement (on myself, probably, as I don't intend to eat the 2 things that I think cause me problems), but I will see what happens to my daughter (blisters, burning mouth after certain fruits) and husband (non-stop eczema that's with him his whole life!).

Here is a google translated text from German to English:

Okoubaka - "a little gem in cases of food poisoning, intolerance, and -sensitivity"

Okoubaka is the bark of an African tree.

There is currently no drug testing for this homeopathic medicine.

However, due to its use in folk medicine, it has become a homeopathic remedy.

The tree bark is known to have been taken by the members of an African tribe when they were invited to another tribe and they could not be sure if they were well-disposed or feared poisoning by food and drink at that meeting had to [1].

The range of action of this remedy mainly refers to the gastrointestinal tract (stomach, intestine, liver, gallbladder and pancreas).

For example, Okoubaka is indicated for gastroenteritis after ingestion of putrid foods.

It is also proven in food intolerance, and temporary changes in nutrition, as it may be the case for long-distance travel, for example, when traveling to places whose culinary habits are unfamiliar [2].

There have been reports of the use of Okoubaka in cases of intestinal infections, celiac disease, IBS (Irritated Bowel Syndrome) and Crohn's disease [4].

Furthermore, it has been used successfully in various forms of poisoning, as well as in the convalescence / recovery of infectious diseases. [2].

The main indication for this remedy is indeed the poisoning by food, chemical drugs and drugs, tobacco and chemical additives to food.

It is also indicated as a remedy for the consequences of chemotherapy, and for treatment, or as a prevention for tropical diseases.

Hay fever, allergies and rashes respond well to Okoubaka.

This remedy is particularly indicated when illness or discomfort occurs, as a result of exposure to bacterial or environmental toxins, viruses or chemical drugs [2].

Symptoms that describe a person who might need Okoubaka include some concentration and memory problems.

People can be irritable, anxious and depressed.

These are patients who are constantly tired as a result of an infection.

Patients may suffer from headaches, migraines and dizziness. The patient may complain of nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, stomach and abdominal pain with bloating or heartburn and loss of appetite.

Patients with a tendency to hay fever can benefit from Okoubaka when breathing is difficult, asthmatic symptoms occur, and cough and runny nose can affect the patient.

This remedy may be valuable in cases of allergies associated with itching, swelling and redness of the skin.

It is particularly appropriate if the cause of an allergic reaction is caused by chemicals, chemical medicine or food, or comes from an unknown source [2].

I have used this "gem" of my homeopathic pharmacy on so many occasions that it has become a steady and faithful companion in my purse.

For example, I use it when I am unable to follow my usual habitual diet with a meal, and it may therefore be expected that I will subsequently experience discomfort and other ailments.

So with complaints after eating unfamiliar food.

When I'm invited to dinner, or go to a restaurant, and I'm not sure if I'll be more intolerant or sensitive to food or its additives, then I'll use Okoubaka prophylactically.

The excessive contamination of vegetables with insecticides and pesticides can cause a strong reaction in sensitive individuals, but even the natural food allergies can have unpleasant effects, then if the source of the discomfort is known or a response is expected, then prescribe / use me Okoubaka.

In cases of food poisoning that are beginning to show signs of discomfort, I recommend Okoubaka.

If you have eaten too much, you are bloated or suffer from indigestion then I recommend Okoubaka.

Okoubaka is, in my experience, one of the few homeopathic remedies for prophylactic use.

The prophylactic use of homeopathic remedies is a controversial issue among homeopaths.

The administration of a drug before signs of illness occur, and before patients develop individual and specific symptoms, speaks against a fundamental principle of homeopathic practice [5].

If one gives a remedy to prevent possible complaints in the near future, one disrespects a basic principle of the homeopathic philosophy.

But even Hahnemann had an exception to this rule. In the case of epidemics, he also resorted to preventive prescription [5].

Where complaints can be avoided, as is the case with Okoubaka, I believe that it is justified to use such a remedy.

Practical experience, as stated above, has provided on countless occasions evidence of the prophylactic effect of Okoubaka.

History of Okoubaka

Okoubaka is a mysterious medicinal plant, used as a fetish by medicine men in West Africa.

These healers prepare a powder from the tree’s bark which is used against all kinds of poisoning.

Many a tribal chief’s taster probably owes his life to this bark.

Parts of the plant are also used symbolically to ward off evil spirits.

For this reason the tree is considered invaluable and is associated with the most stringent of taboos; its use is strictly reserved for local magicians and medicine men.

There is an interesting story behind how this medicinal plant came to be used in European medicine.

Several years ago, a native of West Africa made his doctor, a certain Magdalena Kunst of Frankfurt, a present of a small amount of crushed bark, noting that, in his own country it is customary to take some of this powder following a meal –

particularly if one not is entirely certain of the host’s friendship - for this powder would immediately make any poison ineffective.

Dr. Kunst, a homeopath, immediately set to work to create a homeopathic dilution of the precious powder which she used effectively on various types of food poisoning.

Following her experiment, Dr. Kunst asked Dr. Willmar Schwabe to look out for this extraordinary plant during his next expedition to Africa.

At first it proved exceptionally difficult to track down this bark, but nowadays it is much easier to come by, in fact, the fear is that this rare tree could well become an endangered species as a result of uncontrolled bark extraction.

Okoubaka: When Stomach and Intestines Rebel

Okoubaka aubrevillei is shrouded in legend and considered a magical tree.

The medicine men of West Africa use its pulverized bark as traditional remedy against poisonings.

In homeopathy, Okoubaka has proven effective in treating gastrointestinal problems including those encountered traveling.

It is also used to treat lowered resistance to disease.

The Curative Effect of the Bark

The important healing constituents of Okoubaka aubrevillei are found in its bark.

These include tanning agents, catechine, gallic acids, protocatechuss acid, phenolic acids, sterols, and amino acids.

The mother tincture of the bark has a mildly antibiotic effect.

It is detoxifying and acts as an anti-inflammatory agent in the gastrointestinal tract.

It is also reported to stimulate the liver and gall bladder while tonifying the pancreas.

It may also have an immune stimulating effect.

Okoubaka in Homeopathic Practice

The bark of the plant was first introduced to medical practice in Germany in the 1970s by a German homeopath. The physician received the bark from a West African patient as appreciation for successful treatment, and she prepared it homeopathically. The versatile potential applications of Okoubaka ensured its rapid dissemination.

Okoubaka in known for its action on the gastrointestinal tract and the treatment of diarrhea, nausea, vomiting, cramps, constipation and gastroenteritis.

It can also be administered after antibiotic induced diarrhea.

This homeopathic drug should be part of a homeopathic kit for traveling given its usefulness for travel sickness, diarrhea, or a change in diet.

This homeopathic remedy is used when there is an increased susceptibility of infections or when patients do not seem to be gaining strength after an infection and remain tired for a long time.

Okoubaka appears to support convalescence.

In combination with Eichhornia, Quassia amara, and Taraxacum, Okoubaka has proven to be a potent remedy for tonifying and restoring digestive function.

Detox Intestinum can successfully alleviate these gastrointestinal complaints.

I have been doing tests with Okoubaka X3, taken many times a day.

I even ate some gluten (so did my daughter), we're both gluten intolerant (she had severe allergy in the past, now she's more like intolerant)... It did not cause me bloating, like usual (gluten disturbs me for about 48 hour at least).

No problem so far. It does not mean I will eat gluten, it was just a test and due to a trip we did, visiting family (hard to say NO situation....).

It did help me with nose allergy (against house dust), as I had to clean a farm house where we stayed (very very dusty). It clearly helped against sneezing, runny nose.

In the night, before bed, I took it again, and my nose was fine until about 5 am, when it got stuck. I had to sneeze, and then after taking a few drops, it got better again.

I am still suffering from some hay fever on and off, depending on where I am, and experimenting with Okoubaka. I think it helps by diminishing inflammation.

As I said, I think it mainly helps by lowering inflammation of the gut, of eyes (like itchiness) or nose (runny nose). All these are inflammatory symptoms, and Okoubaka sort of make all these symptoms lower, in a matter of minutes.

They do not go to zero, unless, you start taking it the moment symptoms start (not when they are chronic). But I'm enjoying my Okoubaka experiment.

Like with Schussler salts, you only need to buy one bottle, and you may dilute it to 10 bottles and do your experiments. You got to succuss the bottle about 100-200 times.

It has to be taken many times a day though.

My stools are much better since I started it too. I usually have more loose stools, and they got clearly better. I'll continue on it, probably will add some other formulas CONTAINING Okoubaka in the future.
