Coherent Resources devices; do they really help reduce dirty electricity?

Wondering about these devices from a company called Coherent Resources; supposed to help clear up dirty electricity, the larger devices within a 2-3 mile radius. A friend who does NOT have EHS sent me this link & I'm too sick to investigate. Opinions, anyone?

I don't think anyone in this group has any personal experience with these
particular products.  They look like they might work in a similar way to the
stuff sold by Quantum Products... (?)
