Hey Guys,

Emmy
 Award winning Jerry Day, maker of the infamous "smart meter tell all"
vid that got over a million hits made this vid to help get the word out
about our class action lawsuit against the utilities.  I don't expect we
 will get that many hits at all, but I have already received a phone
call from a potential plaintiff from this vid even with just 75 views! 
So it's already starting to help!! 


My
emails are still being blocked, so I can't really send it out yet, but I think I may be getting to the bottom of this situation soon.  In the
mean time, your help is GREATLY appreciated in getting this out.  Please distribute this vid to all your lists as we really do still need
plaintiffs to sue the utilities over the deadly health effects smart
meters/smart grid are causing and to hopefully put a stop to this
insanity!!  Thank you so much for all of your help with getting this
out.

Thanks for posting the video! These power company's only understand seem to understand the financial gain of the smart grid. Hopefully they don't settle out of court. Kudos to the lawyer working on this case.

Yeah, spread it around. There may be folks in CA who can participate now, and in the video Liz says they intend for it to expand outward from there. It's a big step forwards... 

There's also Deborah Cooney's lawsuit against SDG&E out there from last year. I don't know the current status though. Does anyone know?
