Is chlorella the best thing for removing metals, and if so what is the
best thing to take with it/before it to bind the metals? Does cilantro bind metals or does it just help to remove more? Here's a site I found which sells chlorella: http://www.regenerativenutrition.com/shop/product.asp? cookiecheck=yes&P_ID=377 Also, has anyone had any success using detox foot patches? I've found a site with some here: http://www.novadetox.co.uk |

> Is chlorella the best thing for removing metals, It seems that many people with heavy metal toxicity are unable to stand taking chlorella. For me, it made my ES much worse, and gave me all sorts of adverse affects. The issue seems to be that it mobilizes and redistributes a lot of toxins in addition to the ones it removes. Another issue is that many brands of chlorella are already contaminated with toxins to start with, which can make them even more intolerable. If you're going to give chlorella and/or cilantro a try, I would recommend trying NDF. Of the half-dozen different chlorella products I tried, this seemed to have the most benefits and the least negative side effects. I would follow this up with some Mega-H a hour or two later to get any extra mobilized metals. I would also start at a very small dose to start with (1 drop per day) and build up to whatever dose you can tolerate. There are many places that you can buy NDF. Here's one that I most frequently used: http://purehealthsystems.com/ndf-moreinfo.html As for foot patches, I had no reaction to one brand, while another brand caused me severe agitation very quickly, making me unable to even use it overnight. So I had no success with these, but there are lots of brands I didn't try. Marc |
OK, thanks for the advice. I am going to try a couple of bentonite
clay baths next. My upper back has been feeling a bit hot lately after using the computer, so hopefully this will help. I did actually read some good things about what chlorella can do, but I guess the amount you use is very important and people with ES are probably more sensitive to metals being mobilized. I'm also almost certain I have mercury because my head feels odd sometimes and I can't concentrate. I think it is probably the case that a "normal" person can deal with mercury mobilized into the bloodstream -- the liver processes it, and then the mercury leaves the body via the bile and feces. However, for someone who cannot detoxify heavy metals properly (e.g. many people with ES), the metals just circulate in the bloodstream, causing you to feel bad, and then they redeposit somewhere else in the body, causing more damage (and making no progress towards detoxifying). So a person with ES really needs to take chelators that do 100% of the job of getting heavy metals out of the body (not just stir it up) Marc |
