There seems to be no regulation of cell phone towers in the city where I live. They are popping up like mushrooms after a rain in residential neighborhoods. I hear, though I have not confirmed it, that the people in whose back yards they are being built are being paid as much as $5000 per month "rent" for the space they occupy. With money like that, the home owner could move to a safer location, if there are any left.
My house flooded 3 mos. ago, and, in my opinion, the cleanup was bungled by Serve Pro. (They never extracted the water.) State Farm was my insurer. It was a terrible experience. Now I am looking for another home, but I cannot find one that is far enough away from a tower. The site I use for checking addresses is www.antennasearch.com
Do the "busters" you can buy and "gift" to the towers work? Many sites sell them now.
One is www.ctbusters.com
