Hey folks,
Music has always been my solace in life... As I head out, trying to find a safe place to live, this tune is my anthem, just want to share it with you. Thanks to everyone for sharing their stories and for all the help and support! Stick together and stay safe! Tim Can't go back now, by the Weepies http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6JscAwVu2QI Yesterday, when you were young, Everything you needed done was done for you. Now you do it on your own But you find you're all alone, What can you do? You and me walk on Cause you can't go back now. You know there will be days when you're so tired that you can't take another step, The night will have no stars and you'll think you've gone as far as you will ever get But you and me walk on Cause you can't go back now And yeah, yeah, go where you want to go Be what you want to be, If you ever turn around, you'll see me. I can't really say why everybody wishes they were somewhere else But in the end, the only steps that matter are the ones you take all by yourself And you and me walk on Yeah you and me walk on Cause you can't go back now Walk on, walk on, walk on You can't go back now [Non-text portions of this message have been removed] |
Thats a good idea, I need to write them down for myself for when
not doing great and cant recall what to do to help self. Music - defintaley yes(forget it alot ), was playing Scottish yesterday , espec like "The Mason's Apron"mine is performed by Rob Crabtree and "Toss the feathers"Casadah ... makes housework and other easier to get done. Before get up, push energy out feet and head, Rub feet and calves in morning, tell myself positive things, drink water then also, in evening am trying to remember to ground by going out barefoot/or socks. all remember now. Lynn D Thank you all for your ideas!!! --- In [hidden email], Tim <timheierman@...> wrote: > > Hey folks, > > > Music has always been my solace in life... Thanks for the reminder about going barefoot and grounding Lynn. It really does help, and it feels so good! I forget that when travelling and not around a beach area with easy access. :-)
I'm making slow progress towards OR, seeing some National Parks along the way. Also explored the high desert of NM, too harsh for my tastes. I met with many different folks living sustainably around the El Morro Monument. One fellow is living off-grid with a 15 Watt PV system and is doing well with that! I got an opportunity to measure the EMF with a pure DC PV system, and I was surprised to find that his DC lines don't produce any EMF, none that my meter could detect! Only the devices attached to the DC lines produced any EMF. So, the EM fields are produced by AC lines, ah ha! Thanks to the RV industry, I'll go with a pure DC PV system now. I also met with Arthur of the Cell Phone Task Force in Santa Fe. I was wanting to know how he is able to survive living in Santa Fe, and he told me it's because the ground under the city has a high conductivity. He doesn't do any RF shielding, and I noticed he had plastic soled shoes, yet he is able to tolerate living there. There are apparently studies done on high soil conductivity (for mining), and Santa Fe is one. I spent the day in the city, but I still had a lingering effect from the high RF there, same for Albuquerque. I do better in more rural areas... Still, this warrants some research. There might be a rural area that has high ground conductivity to lessen the effects of RF. Something to look into... Walk on folks, Tim ________________________________ From: "[hidden email]" <[hidden email]> To: [hidden email] Sent: Wednesday, May 8, 2013 9:34 AM Subject: [eSens] Re: Can't go back now...
