Calcium Supplement - update

jaime_schunkewitz
Been taking a calcium supplement for
a few months now. Started the remedy after
reading the Andrew Goldsworthy document "The
biological Effects of Weak Electromagnetic Fields".

The paper can be found by following the link
on this page:

Since taking the calcium I have not had any seizures.
This is a far cry from the days when I was a software
engineer, in which my brain would often go crazy (ears
would go into an uncontrolled whirlwind of tinnitus
during sleep). Also, before taking the calcium
I'd have the same type of seizure after relatively
high exposure to electromagnetism.

Also feeling stronger with monthly doses of
B-12 injections, daily Omega-3, lecithin,
a Finnish sauna, melatonin and chlorella.

Now there are two ailments left to resolve:

- I still get terrible chest pains when near laptops,
LCD monitors, computers, TV's and power lines. The chest
pains appear to be caused by a mad rush of acid reflux.
This is probably due to a disruption in my autonomic
nervous system.

- tinnitus from computers, TVs and other
sources of electromagnetism.

Hi again, Eli,

I should have mentioned, since you suspect problems with the autonomic nervous system (tho I did mention it in earlier posts), that I take a combo of calcium AEP and pantethine (B5) for autonomic nervous system dysfunction. If you suspect this problem, get a blood pressure monitor and take your bp everytime you begin to have symptoms. For me, my bp plummets from around115/85 to 55/40 in just a few minutes.

This disorder follows in the footsteps of lymphatic system overload. Thelymphatic system "steals" the nutrients the adrenal system uses because ofthe overwork it has to do, creating a deficiency state for the adrenals. I do not have any sites to send (lost them when my old computer died), but my nutritionist is the one who initially told me this and how to treat it. You can easily google supplement needs for the adrenal system and lymphatic system. It should show that they both use B5 (pantethine) and calcium. I also take CoQ10 for the adrenals. Basically, I take 2 - 300 mg caps of pantethine and 2 calcium AEP caps (I think it may matter, the type of calcium used) when symptoms come on with water, every 15-20 mins until my bp responds and rises to within the normal range. The calcium AEP is 100mg calcium 2 amino ethanol phosphate plus 900mg amino ethanol phosphate. Usually I only have to take 2 doses.

Previous to the nutritionist, I had spent tens of thousands of $$ on a quest to find what was going on. This nutritionist was able to dx it over the phone in 10 minutes! I was doubtful at first but tried it and it worked!

You should check this out with your doctor since you are on many other supplements. Sometimes supplements do not mix well with one another. If he doesn't believe this will work, try to do a test of this while with him or ask if it is safe to try on your own.

-TELL ME ABOUT THE SAUNA. WHAT DOES IT DO WHERE CAN I FIND ONE? DO
YOU LIVE IN THE US. THE REASON I ASKED IS BECAUSE MY GP SUGGESTED
IT LAST WEEK. WHAT IS A FINNISH SAUNA?

A sauna helps you sweat out toxins. A Finnish
sauna has an electric heater, upon which you
can apply water to produce steam.

Since I'm electro sensitive, I first warm it
up prior to entering. I usually take chlorella,
milk thistle, CoQ10 while it's warming up (30
minutes).

Most suggest extracting amalgam fillings before
using the sauna, otherwise you'll release the
mercury and make things worse.

While sweating, it's a good time to meditate,
and undergo relaxation therapy. Drink loads of
water.

Yes I'm in the U.S. Ours is a 4'x6' prefab unit.
Fairly easy to put together. Not sure where
we ordered it from. You're better off using 220v
(half the current of 110v). We had the electrician
use armored (shielded) wire.
