Brown Rice Syrup & ES

Hi all,

For quite some time, I have noticed that a packaged food item that
they sell in my local health food store helped with ES symptoms.
The food was called a "California Suncake". More recently,
I noticed a similar improvement using an energy bar called
a "Bumblebar". Looking at the list of ingredients, I saw
that both of these had "Brown Rice Syrup" as ingredient #2.
So the other day, I purchased a jar of organic brown rice
syrup, and have been taking an occasional teaspoon. This
may be the ingredient that was helping. I've read that
brown rice syrup is high in polysaccarides, and I have also
read that other heavy metal binders like chitan and seaweed
bind to heavy metals due to their high polysaccaride content.

Or possibly, it's just the energy boost from taking what
is essentially a sugar substitute.

Anyway, this is a widely available (and cheap) product --
might be worth a try... I would have kept eating the
california suncakes, but they are high in soy and
seemed to be suppressing my thyroid and giving me
allergies.

Actually, because of the high sugar content, it's probably
not a good idea for anyone with candida to try this...
but possibly other types of foods/supplement which are
high in polysaccarides are worth a try (Seagreens?
Aloe Vera?)
