Any one have a method or suppliment that can help aleviate brain fog? Can't function with this & really tired of it. Have things to accomplish & just can't. Need a miracle! Loni [Non-text portions of this message have been removed] |
I got rid of a brain fog so bad somedays I thought I was going brain-dead. I'm 28 with 3 boys! I'd lay on the couch and stare up at light. I did something called Gaps diet, fought off some of my candida and avoid sulfur foods (minus a few I can handle now) cause they kick up mercury and then more yeast for me. I eat tons of naturally fermented foods. I also try to walk barefoot out side and breath deep whenever I can.
Most days I am brain fog free!!! HI, You can also try 1 of these. Not a good idea to take both, since can thin the blood. Ginko can lesson ringing. Pygnogenol. after a meal since can bother your stomach. This one can cause ears to ring though. Omegabrite omega 3, best I've found. omebabrite.com [Non-text portions of this message have been removed] |

Hi Loni: I to have major MCS Symptoms. one is a form of Brain Fog. I have had good success with using B12 to reduce the symptoms [ Clear My Head ].
I have, found that I had to play with the dosage in the beginning to find a level that worked for me. My current dosage is 20,000 MCG sublingual. I am a 235 pound male so I am assuming that I would require more that say a 150 pound person. I take 1 to 2 dosages per 24 hrs. until I sense improvement in my symptoms. It usually takes about 3 days to clear my head. I do not take a continual maintenance dose. I stop until I need to treat the next attach of MCS Symptoms [Brain Fog] and like. I have included a link to more information on Dr. Martin Pall and his B12 treatment for MCS [ Brain Fog ]. Hope this works for you as well as it has for me. What finally lifted it yesterday was going to the grocery store. Something about the air in there that works for me? Loni

Hi, Loni,
Anytime you have brain fog, it is likely to be from an over-stressed liver not being able to detox the amount of toxins you have; lymphatic congestion--the lymphatics carry the toxins to the organs of excretion and they can back up when you have too many toxins to excrete; or from just detoxing too much, period. (If you see a trend here, it is YOU CAN DETOX TOO MUCH TOO QUICKLY!) You can also get the later without taking anything to cause the detoxing. Sometimes just a very good night's rest can cause it, if you have bohemoth toxin build-up; or being in natural surroundings without emfs can cause it. You can treat this a number of ways--by helping the toxins get out of your body faster, by treating your liver and adrenals to handle more toxins, or by temporarily stopping detoxing..... Eating grapefruit will help stop detoxing (but you don't want to do that on an ongoing basis--it is most helpful to get the toxins out!) ;) But as a temporary thing, you can do it. That was one reason I took so much calcium AEP and pantethine--calcium and B5 are 2 of the essential nutrients for the adrenal system. (Co Q10 also helps for that reason.) The reason your shopping trip helped you was probably due to the amount of walking you did. Exercise is one of the best ways to treat brain fog due to lymphatic congestion, and lymphatic health as a whole. Hope you are feeling better, Diane --- On Fri, 8/5/11, Loni <[hidden email]> wrote: From: Loni <[hidden email]> Subject: Re: [eSens] Re: Brain Fog Help?
