Blood-brain barrier damage?

If one have got a damaged blood-brain barrier due to es or other diseases or trauma what can be done to fix it?

I have been doing heavy metal chelation therapy using the Andy Cutler chelation therapy. they have a facebook page. I am sure someone there can give you a very good answer. There is also an Andy cutler chelation yahoo group.
