Blocking 5G radiation

Puff
Should 5G become a thing in an area, how easy is it to block it from entering a house? Are MMWs microwaves? Is blocking 5G easier than blocking 4G, Wi-Fi, and such from entering a house? Could you make clothes, glasses, and/or such that block it on the go?

Problem is that 5G is more than one thing -- there is low-frequency 5G, mid-frequency 5G, and high-frequency 5G.  If you live in a rural area, you probably will only encounter low-frequency 5G.

trees, wood, branches, or even snow might block some of the 5G radiation.

My friend and I started wearing leather coats in town and it apparently blocks a lot of the 5G. My understanding is that 5G doesn't penetrate as deeply as other types of wifi, it has an effect on the level of the skin (which is still very harmful) and by wearing a second "skin" it can help to block some of it. So now we never leave the farm without our mushroom tea (coryceps, reishi, lions mane, etc.) and our leather coats. Still hate being in town but it makes it more tolerable. Bonus is we get to look cool too.

I've found that leather helps protect against EMF in general.   A thick leather jacket provides about 10-15% protection.  Whenever I want to give my thyroid glands a protectice break, I roll up a leather jacket and wrap it around my neck, which increases protection to more like 60-70%.

The thyroid glands are especially vulnerable, because they are just beneath the skin.  The eyes and the spine are also rather exposed and benefit from protection from any type of biomass, whether it's leather or bags of Twizzler candy.  I find biomass works better than reflection, which metals are suppposed to be good at.
