Beware of cheap LED light bulbs

I measured these bulbs and they emit horrendous DE:

AlphaLabs EMI Meter jumps from 180mV to 500mV with one bulb.  Two bulbs, 1000mV.
Worst bulbs ever.  I have Philips LED bulbs and they don't make any difference on the EMI meter.  I think all Philips would be a safe bet to use.

I had really bad luck with some Cree-branded LEDs that I used, and almost all consumer LEDs make noise on my AM radio when I hold it close.

Right now I'm trying a T3 halogen work light that I bought at Menards (about $6) and I might switch to those bulbs if it holds up. Unfortunately they require a different fixture and most of those are designed as floodlights.

Earlier I tried switching to normal-size (A19/E26) halogen bulbs that I bought on Amazon, but the Philips, Westinghouse and Bulbrite ones burned out quickly. (Bulbrite was the best and Philips the worst.)

GE incandescents were similarly bad, but at least they were cheap.

Buying bare LEDs works, but you need to attach them to a heatsink, solder the wires on and provide them with power at 2.4V. I think you can run two white ones in series from a 5V power supply (hopefully non-switching) but that didn't work with RGB LEDs when I tried it. (I was trying to get better color balance.)

Never had this problem with Philips, I have the strange shaped flat bulbs, not the traditional spherical shape.
I got some Luminus brand from Costco and they also don't emit any dirty electricity, and they were cheap.. So not all cheap bulbs are bad.  I will stick with Philips or Luminus, they have both been ok so far.
