Does anybody have some experience with water filters, and what are the limits for toxins in the water before one should start filtering. There are many types of filter like reversed osmose - choal etc, what are the best?
Many places around the world the drinking water are very toxic and I think this may be a part of ES in many people, remember we are drinking litres of it every day every year..so only small amounts of toxins may add up.
