Hi everyone, Lately I've been experiencing "burning face"; it's not really a "burning", but more like a sensation that's similar, but not "hot" feeling, kind of, but not very, tingly. It only happens on the left side of the face. I seem to notice it most when I'm on this computer for a long time, but not always. It could be unrelated to that because it's not consistent, but since it's something I'm sure some of you have experienced to varying degrees, it wouldbe nice to hear of anything you've had success with for alleviating it. I'm currently taking up to 4 or 5 grams of Vit. C a day (though I don't know if it's food-source vitamin C), a B-Complex, sometimes Calcium/Magnesium,or a full spectrum Mineral formula (NOW brand)...occasional ly Vitamin D, sometimes Purica Recovery or Cissus RX for joint issues. I can't say any ofthese cause noticeable aggravation. Any thoughts, I'd be happy to hear of them. Antioxidants (more powerful ones) come to mind, but I'm not sure... Thank you! R. Hey D., well, I certainly don't like nightmares, and I've had my share. Most of them are very disjointed, and it's often the "mood" of the dream, rather than the content alone, that has made them uncomfortable. I don't takeany prescription meds, personally. I'll have a look at those sites, thanks! Good to hear the B12 doesn't aggravate your dreams.

B12 could give you energy. I wouldn't take it at night. Best morning and afternoon. Loni
