I have recently bought land in Bedrock, CO (as I posted about in an earlier post, I am interested in starting a small campground or community for EMF-sensitive people, but it will have to wait because the county is requiring me to do everything up to code before I can live out there), but I want to put it out there that this is one of the most EMF-safe areas I have ever found. There is maybe 1 bar of cell service in the valley (which includes the unincorporated townships of Bedrock and Paradox), from a cell tower that is far away and partially blocked by a ridge. They are not planning on getting 5G anytime soon.
There are a few of us electrosensitives in the area, and others who are supportive of us, and my thoughts are if enough of us buy up land here it may be possible to establish the valley as a sanctuary and keep the towers out. Most of the people who live here now, while not (knowingly) electrosensitive, are old-timer farmers and ranchers who are not into big government, and don't really care about wifi anyway. There are several properties for sale (I got my 2.4 acres very cheap), including my neighbor who is interested in selling his several acres (undeveloped, not listed, would probably sell very cheaply if someone made an offer as this is a buyer's market). I would personally love it if someone on my side bought this property, because if he sells to anyone else, they would probably put in wifi and make my land all of a sudden unlivable. It would be a perfect business opportunity, as it is next to the Bedrock General Store (also for sale to the right buyer, unlisted), and next to the Delores River and some of the most beautiful scenery I have ever seen, the perfect spot for a wifi-free campground. I would be interested in partnering with someone on this venture if anyone is interested, I'd buy the land my self obviously if I could afford it.
