Basic Information Book?

Hi All,

Is there a book that provides basic, understandable information about frequencies, and such?  Like a basic primer for those with ES who are completely confused and overwhelmed, and too brain-fogged to spend hours on the computer being zapped while trying to understand the complexity of EMF's and RF's, types of meters and how to use them and understand what they are measuring, how to shield, etc?

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!
