Anything help just before or after an exposure?

melissascotthasmail
Is there anything to do right before or after a wifi exposure to lessen the effects?

I tried things like milk thistle and cilantro as if I was trying to detox a chemical—can't tell that it helped.

Wearing the lab coat (lessemf.com) used to seem to help—can't tell the difference any more.

I am about to order the copper polyester shielding fabric to make a coat (the copper fabric is supposed to block more than the lab coat material). Any experience or advice extremely with this material or making a coat is greatly appreciated.

I thought I was doing a bit better overall. Then bought groceries, went to the post office, and had to go back to the post office—area with massive antennas. Very ill. Day after was still able to function a bit. Second day after slept all day with disturbing dreams, horrible pains, deafening ringing in the ears, and feel like the world is coming to an end.

RE: Anything help just before or after an exposure?

Elizabeth thode

I  used to get that too........the second day after effects.
I will tell you what I have found that helps us.
1) Oxygen in a can. This we use for severe cases of brain numbing radiation exposures.
oxygen4energy.com/

2) Before, during and after: A jar of Baking Soda water. 4-6 oz of filtered water, 1-2 TEA spoons of Baking Soda (Arm & Hammer or Bob's Redmill).
Baking Soda alkalizes the blood. Radiation makes the body more acidic. I carry this with me, and sip while I'm out in radiation zones.

3) High quality anti oxidants. Such as: Tumeric Capsules from www.organicindia.com or Asthaxanthin from www.mercola.com or www.naturalnews.com ( these are the only brands I use because their products are known for purity.)

4) Raw Ginger root : you can peel and cut, put in tea, or soup. HIghly anti inflammatory. Ginger helps remove excess catarrh which is MUCOUS, which is very ACIDIC and causes inflammation.

5) Essential Oil of Peppermint-  I carry a small glass spray bottle of this. I put 3 oz of filtered water, then add anywhere from 10-15 drops, spray in mouth during my errands. Some people use a less amount of drops. I like mine strong. It works better.
Peppermint helps with  inflammation, nausea, anti bacterial, anti fungal, anti infectious, potent anti inflammatory, anti microbial, anti septic, anti spasmatic, analgesic.
Note: I only use high quality essential oils. the brand I prefer is www.youngliving.com  Some of the good Health food stores do carry this brand. It is important to know that some essential oils
use hexane when they process the plants, and this is a petro chemical. Nothing I would knowingly put IN my body, for petro chemicals are toxic. IF in doubt, call the company and ask them if you can EAT their essential oil. I called many and been told NO. They use additives which are not supposed to be eaten. Word to the wise. Do your research.
Word of Caution: Do NOT rub your eyes or get this in your eyes. They will burn. Water will not help. Olive oil in eyes or coconut oil will remedy this, and if you're like me, you'll only make this mistake once. ONe the other hand, for radiation induced head aches, a drop of pure Peppermint OIl on the temple, back of neck and forehead, has helped US greatly with these head-aches. It will feel very cooling, like ice, but works for us, like a charm. And it also good to wake up the brain. Breathing in the peppermint works wonders  too.

6) I make sure to drink my Spirulena supergreen powder drink before I go.

7) Adrenal support and thyroid support also help alot for us.

8) Ears ringing: Both adrenals (lack of aldosterone) and B vitamin deficiencies, including Vit B 5, Vit B-6, and B-12 can be factors in ringing ear syndrome. The spirulena is loaded with whole food B's.

9) Reflexology helps too. Press behind ear lobe, for one minute. Do both sides. PRess flap infront of ear. Baby toe is ear meridian. You can try massaging both baby toes, and press on bottom of foot, in the middle, just under the ball part of foot. This is a kidney point, often effected by radiation.

Blessings,
Lizzie

Mellissa,

I  think the levels of exposure we are being subjected to are getting more dense and coming from more sources.  I don't know where you live, but  just in the last year, I am measuring levels all over the city of Seattle that are shockingly worse than they were a year ago.  If you go outside to do errands and are taking in peak levels of 300 to 17,000 microwatts per meter squared on the street for 3-4 hours, which is typical around here, then come home to Wi-Fi in your neighborhood or in your building, of course, you are going to be more reactive to the Wi-Fi since your body has already filled up with radiation - or what I mean, is you have reached the capacity for what you can tolerate.  Density makes a difference in what your body absorbs and what can penetrate your fabric.  The situation we are facing is almost as bad as if a nuclear reactor blew up and every where we go is contaminated.  No where to run.

Remember, if you are out there being blasted with levels of microwaves at high intensity, as I am when I go outside, and you are only wearing a coat, the areas of your body that are not covered are absorbing radiation into your system.  The coat helps sheild some of it, but even with the coat,  you still have exposed areas being blasted and some of it penetrating your fabric..
I know it has been discussed on the list before, but at this point, I would like to hear what people on the list are now doing to discharge the radiation from thier bodies after exposures.  I try to get to the beach and walk barefoot.  When I can't do that, I put a couple alligator clips in my socks connected by wire to the electrical outlet.  I know this is not a good idea for grounding but I am in a 3rd floor apartment and have few options,  There have been discussions about using baking soda, magnets, iodine, supplements, and so on, for strenghening the immune system.  But what I want to know is what do people do to immediately discharge microwave build up after they come home from a bad exposure?  There was mention of wetting hair.  I find that my body hangs on to the EMF's or microwaves even while I am sleeping throughout the night and then I wake up with cramps.  There must be some way to discharge the radiation effectively.

I have not ordered the pure copper polyester fabric for garments, because it is copper plate and quite stiff for garments -  I thought the copper would flake off at crease points and thus become uneffective, like where you bend the elbow or knees.  But, if you try it, let me know how it works out.

I heard about NAC (N-acetyl-L-cysteine) from a book by Ann Louise Gittleman, and found that it helps me more than any any of the other supplements I take.

my girlfriend immediately has an epsom salt bath, normally really helps.

Or ground on wet soil away from ground current.

Massage behind ears.

Take all supplements neccesary to protect nerve endings, myelin sheath.

She uses a hood made out of Silverex Bremen material that she had made, double stitched. Wears in car when going past masts.

Exercise.

This is a post I put on about my girlfriend about what she does:

My girlfriend is improved at the mo.

material (99% absorbtion, I tested with a cornet meter 60dB reduction, my phone
signal completely died inside the material), a type of Silverex (Bremen), double
stitched. This seems to really help when near any masts. She used to earth, with
earthing straps on full body silverex suit protection, but then we have
researched and it is better to earth after the exposure, or electric field
increases inside the body if earthing while exposed. Used to lie under
electromat when in car but can sit up with balaclava on now. Balaclava,
protecting head (brain) and glands (ie thyroid in throat) seems to prevent kick
on effect to CNS and adrenal/hormonal system. She used to have flushing and
fevers when exposed.

Thank you! I am almost over my last exposure enough to take in this wonderful advice. It is amazing how I can look normal and speak well (others tell me) when my brain is so fried that I can hardly remember my name.

I spent several days very ill and then went in to a depressive state, couldn't sleep, and tried a dose of Nyquil. I rarely use any kind of drugs, but before becoming EHS I took Nyquil once or twice year with great success. I took a half dose, woke completely exhausted at 7:50am, and then went into a paralysis where I couldn't move most of my body until 2pm. This happened often from Smart Meters when I was in my home. It is very scary.

I am making some changes in my life in hopes of not to get that exposed again. And I am creating a list of things to try before an exposure and after, and especially for when my thinking is so impaired that I can't make good choices!
