Any of you start of Ehs sick then became I tolerant of mold/chemicals

I' am wondering after noticing sensitivity to emf 5-6 years ago and developing chronic fatigue syndrome and reactivated ensuring barr virus

Now I am intolerant of indoor mold and chemicals

Unsuccessfully stayed in over 100 hotels in the last couple years

It's like within 2 hrs I get a nerve agent effect followed by mast cell symptoms ?

Antihistamines don't help
Only think that helps somewhat are benzodiazapines

What could be going on and other than mold avoidance how to address this?

I suspect maybe toxic encephalopathy

I can relate to that, my sensitivity to chemical products has increased a lot but to mold too. We have a central nervous system sensitivity syndrome, it's not only EHS or MCS. I live in a fully shielded home and use a full body shielding suit when outdoors. This helps me stay symptom free but doesn't entirely solve the problem
