Another stroke, possibly from living in RV w/ battery-powered stuff?

Elysia Drew
Hi, all. Got the flu & the complications of that + Lyme led to another TIA that really messed me up. Barely adjusting. Thought about how I've been living in my friend's RV since late November, & the lights & everything use 3 batteries that convert from 12V to something else. I never thought about the conversion problem, & my friend doesn't know where the converter is. He is also not willing to ground the batteries b/c he says that will drain them.

*Should I move back into the garage, even tho it: has a metal roof, and is right near a neighbor's ADT home security system?

*Would sleeping on a vinyl air mattress (in the garage) help protect me from ground current & low frequency stuff like home security systems & Invisible Fences?

*I am looking for a place for my HUD voucher & am going to have to stay in Silver City since I have no transportation. My rent + utilities limit is very low b/c I'm a single person, so I'm going to have to get a trailer. Is it safe for me to have a trailer that PLUGS IN? (so I can have electricity)? I'm not sure if that means it will have a battery or something else that converts? HUD requires that I have heat, hot water, electricity, a working stove etc. so anything trailer I get is going to have to plug in to a power source.

Hoping for answers ASAP as I'm not sure where to sleep for now, or what kind of trailer or "double wide" to look for in future.

Thank you. Love & blessings,
Elysia
