All therapies working for ES?

What are all the therapies that is documented working for ES sufferers? Where can I find such a list?

I don't know if there is "a list" somewhere, but if one reads enough of the discussions on these sorts of groups, you can see what helps some people.  But unfortunately, things that help one person aren't necessarily going to help another person.
