Airsoft guns - Magnetic radiation

Electric airsoft guns have high magnetic and electric radiation. Does anyone know if the gas version also has high magnetic radiation? and any other cons associated with these guns. I don't want to get them if they are unsafe for my teens.

A lot of Airsoft guns have the same internals as CO2 BB guns. I have a KWC Tanfoglio Witness replica that I can test for you if it would help.
