Advice for small new TV?

I hope to get a small new TV.....does anyone have advice on which type  
might be the most EMF friendly?

I don't know the best, but I tried both

like  an LCD over LED. I"m happy w a 24"

Or have a family member not as sens, take a small radio

& see which has less noise.

go for a small 12 volt 19 inch-22 inch led - I have a bush 19 inch led tv  
which if I want I can run off a leisure battery - its great
