A way to find holistic healing

davidrsnell
Here's a good way to find advice on "holistic" healing.  In medicine that means "treatment of the whole person, taking into account mental and social factors, rather than just the symptoms of a disease."  You can do an online search for a list of keywords that includes EMF and other health factors that you're concerned about.  For example:

"emf" health toxins natural nutrition exercise sleep drugs digestion organic cell phone supplements

In Google that search brings up this list of pages:

To take it a step further, add keywords that represent solutions you strongly believe in. This prequalifies well-written pages, because it ditches all pages that don't have your preferred solutions. However, it also means a lot of pages will be left out that might have some valuable information.

As an example, let's add keywords that I strongly believe in to make an improved search:

  ~tips emf sensitive ~healthy ~safe ~happy ~nutrition ~exercise sleep digestion organic "vitamin d" probiotics minerals

The "~" character before a keyword instructs Google to look for synonyms.
The search returns this URL: https://www.google.com/search?biw=758&bih=311&ei=8ZlTYOS-HaeJwbkP9d2qgAc&q=%7Etips+emf+sensitive+%7Ehealthy+%7Esafe+%7Ehappy+%7Enutrition+%7Eexercise+sleep+digestion+organic+%22vitamin+d%22+probiotics+minerals&oq=%7Etips+emf+sensitive+%7Ehealthy+%7Esafe+%7Ehappy+%7Enutrition+%7Eexercise+sleep+digestion+organic+%22vitamin+d%22+probiotics+minerals

With some digging, I found this interesting and useful page that covers a lot of tips for better living: https://paulaowens.com/daily-detox-tips/

im so tired of digging for research, lol. right now im listening to the annoying high pitched beeping sounds that apparently come from wifi. ive been hearing it since right before "covid" hit. isnt it just safe to assume that the BEST remedy is to not be near the stuff? i dont think its feasible to live in a society that continuously tries to figure out ways to shield itself from something that is already deemed dangerous. maybe it just shouldnt be around. period.
not trying to be offensive but thats the stage i'm at. even wired connections bother me now. the safest road to take is to just give the stuff up

I'm right there with you, in favor of giving it up.  Only thing that keeps me involved is the wish to make my tech skills super-useful to society.  Two points to clarify here:

  1) It's smart to search for other toxic influences than EMF.  Get rid of them all my friend!  The Paula Owens page I linked to above lists them all.  It may be a little extreme on some things, such as never cooking with plastic.  But better to be overly pure than overly sick.

  2) It's  not about just shielding, it's about healing and nourishing.  That helps fight EMF, strengthen areas of your body so the body has more energy to overcome EMF, create better feelings about life, and so forth.

So really "holistic" means, just be healthy and happy and that will help overcome EMF while you extend your life-happiness.

I'll add one other possibility: In theory your EMF sensitivity might be occuring largely because your body is very weak in one particular area, and EMF is attacking that area.  Someone may experience major healing if they shore up that area, either by a medical cure or by some very good nourishing;protection of it.
