A new blanket to be grounded....

Jinna
Has anyone here tried a grounded blanket?

I bought this one, not sure how to ground it but will try...

https://www.amazon.co.uk/YSHIELD%C2%AE-shielding-blanket-Steel-Gray-TDG/dp/B018F1XNPY

Has anyone done that before?

Thanks!

That is not good.

http://www.milieuziektes.nl/Rapporten/matten.pdf

http://www.milieuziektes.nl/Rapporten/elektrosmog_Achtung_Abschirmdecke.pdf

Both documents are in german, but a serious warning against the use of blankets.
Besides, also the material is too close to the body.

Charles, thank you for the 2 articles.

I haven't yet tried it.

but I was wondering: so all these pads to ground (for the feet, mouse pads, etc) are also totally inefficient?

There was this fad about grounding while inside the house or on the street (with shoes that are conductive), people swearing it helps.

Dr. K also was selling the idea of soft silver nets to be placed under bed sheets GROUNDED to the garden.

He said that profound healing effects could be seen, if the grounding pole was in a very good place (he meant even cancer receding).

I don't think he changed his idea about it yet...

So that means, it's all non-sense, all this grounding fad?

I don't think the mats really protect against electrosmog, but I was just betting on the GROUNDING effect that people swear for....

Is there anyone here using grounding mats (like mouse pads, feet mats under the computer, etc)?, who could jump in the discussion?

Thanks for anyone willing to contribute in the discussion!

Earthing and grounding are two quite different items.

Earthing is when you make contact with earth. That happens when you go with your bare feet on the soil, on the grass. That is very healthy. That way also some tension Voltage in the body can be discharged.

Grounding is when you make contact with a grounding point. That can be with the groundpin in a wall plug.
That may be a difficult matter, because you do not know what frequencies are present in this ground line.

I have had cases, where there were many dirty electricity frequencies were present in the grounding cable.
However, when placing a metal rod farther away in the garden, I could measure there much more dirty frequencies. So grounding is a tricky business.

Especially in the USA,it is tricky, where 70% of electricity runs back through the ground as stray currents.

Dr. K said the same you said: the only safe way to ground is a pole in the garden.

Hey Charles, what if I simply ground my blanket to an outside pole in the garden?

Wouldn't that make my blanket an earthing blanket?? Then truly beneficial?

Same as with earthing computer mats, rugs, sheet, canopies....?
