5 G Test Cities

superdrove
TELECOM companies throughout the world are in a feverish race to roll out 5G.  It will start out for a few years with lower spectrum millimeter waves.  Meanwhile they will continue herding people into to Megacities and divesting people of their land in rural areas.  Then, when the 5G infrastructure is up and running, when the public and society have become accustomed to and accepting of the 5G, and has spent billions on new gadgets that will further enrich these companies, all of a sudden, BOOM, they will start hitting us with the super high frequency millimeter waves in the 100 to 300 GHz range.  It is called "Boil the Frog Slowly".  While we are still trying to figure out how to protect ourselves from 3G and 4G, Get prepared to be cooked alive by 5G.

STANDARDS HAVE BEEN SET:
Networks tried to market fast 3G as 4G, with the real 5G coexisting alongside souped up 4G for a while, but now real 5G standards, the first hardware specification standards for the next-generation networks, have been set as of December 2017. The Standalone specifications are expected to be completed in June 2018

"3GPP (the organization that oversees cellular standards) has agreed on the specification for Non-Standalone 5G NR (New Radio) at a meeting in Lisbon, Portugal, reports Fierce Wireless.  Armed with the specs, suppliers and hardware manufacturers will be able to bring real (not faux) 5G to consumers. The completed specs will encompass support for low-frequency (600MHz, 700MHz), mid-range (3.5GHz) and high-frequency (50GHz) spectrum."

CHINA:

China Mobile, the world’s largest mobile service provider has been collaborating with domestic partners such as ZTE on 5G advancement efforts for years but has also enlisted the help of foreign experts from Qualcomm and Nokia. Its initial 5G deployment plans are understood to have been directly enabled by such partnerships, with the company’s latest project reportedly being aimed at allowing for 5G connectivity in Shanghai, Suzhou, Guangzhou, Wuhan, and Hangzhou. China Mobile announced it’s seeking to conduct pre-commercial 5G buildouts in 2018, adding that large-scale deployment should start in 2019 as it’s still pursuing the goal of having 10,000 operational 5G stations in the Far Eastern country by 2020. Besides its five key testbeds, China Mobile is reportedly planning more contained trials in approximately a dozen other cities such as Beijing and Shenzhen. The company is presently focused on 3.5GHz-enabled 5G and it’s presently unclear whether it’s interested in committing major resources to millimeter-wave spectrum in the near future.

In other parts of the world, the United States, Australia, Japan, and South Korea are all participating in the 5G race, with their major carriers already announcing similar roadmaps. First commercial 5G service is expected to go live in the U.S. by late 2018, with both Verizon and AT&T being expected to offer it, albeit the former will initially be focused on a fixed wireless access solution, whereas the latter’s mobile network won’t be directly compatible with any 2018 smartphones. 5G-enabled handsets are expected to be announced come early 2019, no later than the next iteration of Barcelona, Spain-based Mobile World Congress.

UNITED STATES:

The FCC began working to open up spectrum bands for 5G in summer 2016.  Verizon is keeping quite a bit about its 5G network and rollout close to the vest. In a statement, the company failed to reveal network speeds, and would only say that the speeds it'll deliver will be "unprecedented."   Verizon is in a battle for 5G dominance with other wireless carriers. And like those providers, including AT&T and T-Mobile, the company has been testing 5G connectivity across the U.S.

Earlier this year, Verizon named 11 cities that would be used to test its own 5G specifications: Ann Arbor, Michigan; Atlanta, Georgia; Bernardsville, New Jersey; Brockton, Massachusetts;  Dallas, Texas; Denver, Colorado;  Houston, Texas; Miami, Florida; Sacramento, California; Seattle, Washington; and Washington, D.C.  In November, Verizon announced it will bring 5G to three to five of the above cities, with Sacramento the first to see rollout. The network is scheduled to be built during the second half of 2018.

AT&T has also identified four cities that it will expand 5G testing to over the course of the next year. The cities tapped by AT&T include Waco, Texas; Kalamazoo, Michigan; South Bend, Indiana; Austin, Texas. The second-largest telecom company in the United States has been running small trials of its 5G network in Austin over the course of 2017.

T-Mobile named six cities that will be used to test its 5G network earlier this year. The cities include Bellevue, Washington; Brooklyn, New York; Dearborn, Michigan; Las Vegas, Nevada; Richardson, Texas; and Simi Valley, California.

Sprint has announced a plan to launch a nationwide 5G network by 2019, but hasn’t named cities that may be used to test the network.

We expect future 5G technologies will eventually allow future driverless vehicles to make real-time decisions based on information that goes beyond the individual sensors onboard the vehicle itself. Vehicles will be able to “see” around corners, through other vehicles, and at longer distances. This will enable vehicles to quickly make sense of their environment and help guide safe operations on the road.
That’s what we mean about 5G unlocking a new level of experiences beyond just speed.

What they aren't telling you is that this "new level of experience" will be that the AI will be able to make real time decisions about the electric fence around humanity that will control everything including your mind, and the "new level of experience" of being cooked alive.
