liver flush

Jsverdlove
john m-
you wrote that you did liver flushes. could you share what you did and if
you were under a doctor's care? I was doing fairly well for a while and feel
like i've been crashing since christmas time...not sure if b/c slipped up on
diet, moved in with boyfriend who has gas heat, something about the supplements?
but i feel more toxic and am thinking about liver cleanse now.

also - if anyone knows what causes inflammation, besides emf (which i've been
avoiding) and knows how to reduce, i'm very interested. all my joints, back,
wrist, everything hurting and this is new...a bit scared. also itching all
the time (not dry skin) - like if any fabric touches skin, my skin itches
there??

may this be a healthy new year for all of us - thank you to the group for so
much shared knowledge

thanks
jill

Re: liver flush

Andrew McAfee
There are many things in the environment that you could be allergic in
addition to mites, parasites, bacteria, etc. can cause those reactions.
With out knowing more about the specific symptoms or conditions, your
body is in a reaction for a good reason. Remove as many chemicals as
you can from your life like from soaps, make-up, cleaners, laundry
detergent, softeners, etc. If your body friend has an apartment or new
house, the carpets, paint, wall could be "off gassing" chemicals.
In any case, you have got to get your liver, kidneys, lymphatic system
in top shape to deal with the environment. In addition to cleanses,
building and boosting your immune system is crucial to surviving and
flourishing.
Experiment with sleeping another place for a night or two and see if
the symptoms change. Trouble shoot this until you can recognize the
"causative" factors. Pets?
my best to you,
Andrew

Jill,

High level of antioxidants can help with inflamation in many cases.

Immunocal HMS-90 (www.viruscontrols.com) has helped me from chemical
toxicity with heavy meds. It is a great detoxifier/antioxidant and builds
strong immune system.

Hulda Clarks formula is basically what I've used. Nothing to eat after noon. One tablespoon of epsom salts in a glass of water at 6pm, 8pm, then a cup of fresh squeezed pulpless grapefruit juice mixed with one cup of olive oil at 10pm. Lie down on your back immediately with a pillow under your head & go to sleep. When you first wake up in the morning another glass of epsom salts, & a last one 2 hours later. Then crap out everything in you.

Re: liver flush

Andrew McAfee
I'd like to add to that 3 to 5 days prior to the Oil ceremony, drink a
quart or more of organic apple juice (pectin) and 90-135 drops or Ortho
PHOS drops a day in addition to regular meals. This softens the stones
into a puddy like state so they don't get stuck or tear your insides as
the move out.
A colon cleanse before and after the process is especially helpful to
make sure nothing gets stuck.
Of course, rebuild the intestinal bacteria and an extra would be to zap
the parasites before the cleanse so they release hold of the metals,
open the tubes and are flushed out.
