I've been feeling bad as well, ever since early February 2020, It's like Im having the EMF symptoms but it's harder for me to heal this time. It's taking forever. I can FEEL things crawling up my spine, it's scary. I think it's a form of leaky gut. I can definitely feel it when eating foods with carbs, which I have severely limited. I eat a green apple though and almost instantly it feels like something is crawling out of my gut and up my spine. It's scary. I just have a feeling that a group of extremely money hungry, evil people are behind one of the worst massacres in modern times. That's why money is evil. No mater how you put it, in a world of capitalism at least one person will always bend the rules to get ahead.I just hope goodness will prevail and the truth will be told. Something strange is going on and I don't think it's due to a virus. NOT AT ALL!
I can say I feel worse when around dirty electricity. I think new frequencies are hopping onto older ones, if that makes sense. That's the issue...the science behind wireless communication goes beyond the scope of common knowledge. Who knows what this stuff is doing to us and how it works :(
One thing I know is to watch calcium. Ways to balance it seems key, like our bodies are calcifying. Magnesium, ad a combo of vitk2 and D3 help for sure, as does the herb chanca piedra *stonebreaker"...all help with balancing/removing calcium.
There was an unexplained low signal over my remote valley for most of last summer that would start about 11am, peak around 4, and dwindle to nothing by dark. It reached even down into the canyons that should have been blocked from cell tower range. It was always better after a rain, worse on high dust days. I think it's gone now though I haven't checked in about a month because my EMF meter's battery died.
I agree on the calcium balancing being important. I have found raw goat milk to be all around the best electrolyte drink for my blood. It builds blood and restores the blood minerals to their normal state (milk has a very similar composition to blood, and goat milk is more similar to human milk and more digestible than cow milk). I drink it in coffee with mushroom powders (reishi, lion's mane, etc) when I have to go to town, since i can't eat when being zapped, and I feel that the milk absorbs radiation and acts as a buffer to the wifi signals. (the mushrooms, also, are hugely important in bouncing back from this).
I realize of course that most people don't have access to raw goat milk (I have my own goats and can go get some anytime I want), but I really believe it helps. Raw cow milk would work too I think as a second option. (Don't bother with pasteurized, that would probably just make things worse due to the undigestible free calcium denatured dairy products have).
vitamin D supplements alone are kinda dangerous. Must consider taking it with vitamin K (k2/k4) and balancing it with vitamin A (from foods). The fat soluble vitamins are kinda important.
The big picture for me is that we just aren't meant to be around so much electricity, wireless or otherwise. No wonder for the past few decades people have been dropping like flies due to heart attacks and strokes and suffer with high cholesterol. Of course there are other factors but I'd bet my right arm that life in the absence of all of our constant use of electricity wouldn't result in such poor health we experience in developed worlds.
I am nourshing myself MOSTLY with carbs, but not white flour, grains... Basically FRUITS and potatoes.
I cut all GLUTEN for a long time = this is disease making, slowly but surely in my case.
having lowered PROTEINs and FATS cleared my LIVER as nothing else did.
All my symptoms, from 4 decades or more are LEAVING me.
The constant cold (I had that since childhood), brain fog, digestive issues... all that solving THROUGH high FRUITS, high LEAFY GREENS, high veggies, low protein / low fats.
I agree this is a massacre. Also unrelated to the virus.
Something changed, that's why I needed RE tuning my bed environment. I feel good again, but until when?!
I'm on daily magnesium glycinate, bits of D3 daily, Vit C daily, and zinc sulfate. These are my MAIN supplements... I also like them. I produce them with lecithin, that I also swear by. Somehow it helps the nerves and the whole nervous system. I use sunflower lecithin. Cheap and really good stuff.
A note on potatoes. I used to eat a lot of them after I stopped being fruitarian, being a heavy carb addict at the time, they were an easy choice. But I avoid them now, although they are a confort food in cold climates. If you boil potatoes, the water is used in gardens/on crops as a weed killer. There are quite a few toxins in potatoes.
I find rainy weather better, somehow it blocks radiation. Also, a friend used to surf of his friends wifi, and when it was stormy or rainy, he had no connection :)
I get more colds/headaches/fever in the cold season. I also know that some people with lyme suffer more in the winter/spring, as the disease rarely completely goes away and makes a "comeback" that time of the year.
I dont think there is only one reason for our health problems, and that is why it makes is so difficult to understand and heal. Deficiencies, toxins, emf, unnatural lifestyle, bad drinking water, but also natural things such as underground lines/sources etc that can stress us, especially if we spend a lot time on the same spot (there are studies of "cancer beds, meaning people sleeping on a bad spot for many years) and if that spot has some disturbed energies.
Plus, tinnitus, and the "hum" (very low sound, the opposite of tinnitus, it is said 20% of the population can hear it) are constant problems, and become worse.
Funny you mention gluten. I havent had any in about 2 years but i'm craving sourdough again. I find that Im generally ok with properly prepared, fermented foods. I cant do storebought yogurts but if I culture them for 24 hrs (to remove most of the lactose) I can tolerate it without any problems. After a week I think my sourdough starter is ready so Im going to give it a try. ALso helps to add sprouted flour for the enzyme addition.
As for the gut, I've found zinc carnosine to be ok but nothing like guzzling some really good gelatin boiled down from animal parts. That stuff coats you tummy well. Love really good bone broths.
oh my sourdough bread has been a DELICIOUS treat. i think the key is knowing how to make proper sourdough, and to incorporate sprouted grains into your bread. it makes it quite digestible, especially if u can do a good 24 hour or so fermentation at least...and use good, organic flour. i seriously think emf's are making this an issue. people have lived with bread for centuries...problems really weren't noticed until people began using packaged yeast to make bread rise. that stuff is horrible.
so far for me i've been eating moderate pieces for 4 days, no issues so far. using spelt and einkorn flours...and the bread just gets BETTER and better as it ages.
