[esens] Very effective way to stop an anxiety attack in its tracks

Glenn Coleman
Somebody mentioned to me today that they had anxiety attacks. It reminded
me of a few years ago where my life was ridden with anxiety attacks. After
seeing many therapists I ran into a gentleman who was an expert in dealing
with anxiety. He gave me a tool that works everytime.
He said it automatically fools the brain into stopping an attack, and is
very simple.

All one has to do is breath in, counting to 4 at the same time.

Then breath out slowly counting to 8.

Thats it.

I was amazed how many times I stopped terrifying attacks instantly.

Glenn

As far as I know, anxiety and panic attacks have also been linked to
mercury poisoning. I remember once I broke a thermometer and got a
small amount of mercury on my skin with devastaitng effects.
