Yahoo Groups going down

April R
Hi, Marc, I know we migrated over here for a reason, but just in case there was anything else in the files from the old Yahoo Group anybody wanted (or our moderator wanted to save), Yahoo is deleting the Groups toward the end of December.  Just a public service announcement (I now return to furiously saving everything I can from my fandoms)...

With this program you can download websites. Not sure if it would work for that group. (It may download like forever though if the standard settings are not right for it.) https://www.cyotek.com/cyotek-webcopy I used it to download Charles Claessens website, it was 400mb and is already gone from the web it seems.

I'm a bit surprised that our old "eSens" YahooGroup is still there at all, as we moved here many years ago!

(can't believe I didn't think of this before)

Marc, how hard was it for you to move our Esens Yahoo group here to Nabble?  I've got an old fandom group that's basically inactive, but nobody wants to see the files and history there go away and neither are we ready to pay $200+ yearly to host it elsewhere.

You know, I don't really recall!  That was so many years ago.  I guess you could search around on the Nabble support forum and see if there are instructions for that.  Certainly it involved downloading everything that was on the original YahooGroup, and then providing it in some format to Nabble that they could resurrect it here.
