Taking a baking soda epsom salt bath the night before an early morning flight does this help shield?

730 Departure.Was wondering if its better to be sleep deprived wake up earlier at 3:00 and soak in the tub vs doing it the night before

I don't know about the flight, but there are several places near Cancun that have no cellular or data coverage.  One of the smaller cenotes about 40 minutes outside of the city is a GSM/3G dead zone, and there were houses and businesses not far from it.  You could possibly find a very good place to live there.

Great thread.  I've been looking at ways to protect from a computer's EMF.  Many of the same principles would apply to protecting from aircraft-contained EMFs.

Curious guys I am here in Merida,Mexico

Seems that emf is out here as well.

I am staying at some Airbnb near some powerlines.

My US passport will be expiring in May and I have 2 more

weeks here.The weather is nice although the UV Index will

continue to climb it is unknown if I can adapt.I know sunlight

can be helpful with vitamin d/mitochondria to a certain point

without overheating



Theres also lots

of dirty electricity out here.Appreciate it if anyone can share

any words of wisdom
