This is a video of William Bathgate and a building biologist discussing most of the different DE filter options you listed. Long video, but lots of great info.

You might also find this document by Michael Schwaebe useful which discusses how capacitive filters used in a house with solar panels aren't sufficient despite showing low readings. He uses a DNA line filter to resolve the problem. I'm guessing the cheaper and simpler to install V2X filter didn't exist at the time.

I will be trying out the RxDNA V2X filters myself as I have big problems with DE coming from solar inverters on this house, which the V2X was designed to deal with. There are several neighbors with solar as well, which is also a problem. Bathgate mentions in the video that if a person is very sensitive they may have to get both the Sinetamer and the V2X filters because they each do different things.

Sources of DE inside the home have been addressed already. The majority of DE is coming in at the panel.

We don't own the solar equipment so there's no changing the inverters. This system uses micro inverters which are supposedly cleaner, but they aren't clean at all. I've heard the same that many pure sine wave inverters still generate too much DE. We also plan to move within a year and having filters we can easily take with us to use at the panel of our next home seems like the best idea here.

I don't know the technical differences between the two filters as to how they function. SineTamer has a greater attenuation range 1kHz to 10MHz vs the V2X at 1kHz to 500kHz, but the V2X supposedly deals with solar and wind inverter DE much better. An EMF consultant here recommended the V2X for my situation, so I'm going with that. I can attest that having capacitive filters installed and getting low GS/mV readings means nothing in a solar equipped home.

are many people having an issue with dirty electricity these days? ive had a REAL problem with it, so much that I have to sleep in a car. I cannot source the problem and the crappy maintenance men have NO idea about dirty electricity. My worry is that I had a conversation with someone who works for an electric company who says cell phone towers can interact with wiring in the walls to create antennas which would worsen the problem. For about 3 months or so now Ive noticed the low pitched humming sound get worse and more persistent. It would turn off and on most of the day but recently it's just been on ALL day long. It's frustrating especially when you feel like you cant get help and you feel your health deteriorate.
I installed Greenwave filters but honestly I cant tell too much of a difference and according to some reports these filters make things worse. I'm sooooo tired of trying to find solutions because usually nothing works other than being away from electricity, which i dont think we were meant to be around much anyway. UggghhH!

How have you determined that the problem is dirty electricity?  Has your power company begun using PLC - power line communication - and possibly installed a digital electric meter?  I began hearing the horrid hum soon after such a system was installed by the electric co.  The Stetzer & Greenwave filters made things worse for me and are considered a scam by some very electrically-smart people when analyzed.  The Stetzerizer meter is calibrated to show only a set range of frequencies that can be altered (still bad) making it appear that the electric on house wiring has been "filtered".  True filters are very expensive and are supposed to be installed on the line before the power enters the home.
