Solar storms and ES

According to media reports, there was a large solar eruption a few
days ago. Anyone here with associated experiences?

I got highly nervous and ended up with a 3-day migraine that I am still experiencing. Doing better after getting back on Seasilver which I hadn't taken for over a month.

I have also had heightened symptoms around peaks and rapid changes in
solar activity. As my downstairs neighbor is now using his ceiling
heat, creating fields in my floor, I can't tell if the solar activity
is affecting me.

from the ssdoo.gsfc.nasa.gov site, an article on the Earth's
magnetosphere by Dr. James L. Green:
-------------------------------------------------------------
It is important to note that magnetic storms have produced other
noticeable effects on the Earth, such as:

* Current surges in power lines, causing flickering lights and
black-outs resulting in millions of dollars worth of damage
* Static interference and interrupted transmission of radio,
television, telephone, and telegraph signals
* Erratic behavior of air and marine navigation instruments
* Disruption of defense communications, such as the Early Warning
radar system
* Alterations in the atmospheric ozone layer that absorbs harmful
ultra-violet radiation from the Sun
-------------------------------------------------------------

With these noticeable gross-level physical effects, it's easy to see
how those with ES might be affected, too.
