Proposed Remedy for Acute Exposure

dtesh85
You take 2 mugfuls of Epsom.Salt and put it in a spray bottle 18 ounces.Fill the bottle with hot water and shake.Making sure the solution is concerned with the epsom salts

Spray from head to toe

The face, scalp armpits, jaw have some of the best rates of absorption

You can swipe away the white dust after a few minutes but i.like to leave it on

Magnesium Glycinate 400mg 2-5  times a day .

You can also make a solution with Pink Himilayan Salt/Rock Salt and Baking Soda

The Key takeaway here is that salt acts as a barrier to EMF to a degree

Magnesium is a calcium channel blocker (mild) but when combining oral supplementation with transdermal I think the effects can be enhanced

Magnesium also.lowers the production of nitric oxide which also increases during emf exposure
Increasing free radicals

Relaxing the nervous system and helping with some of the excess free radical from too much calcium leaking into the cell

I have experimented with the magnesium glycinate and epsom salt transdermal combined and i think it can help temporarily

Now if one uses this and saturates themselves in wifi for several hours it may not be as en effective

However one can experiment with application the throughout the day

Nonetheless it can be a tool.for some

As always distance is your best friend when it comes to EMF

This is solely based on my experience I am not a doctor and this isnt intended as a substitute for medical advice

Re: Proposed Remedy for Acute Exposure

Thanks for this.  I also wondered recently as my own Sodium has shown to drop in lab work, first borderline below normal in 2018-2019, now below normal in 2020.

My mother also had low sodium in her mid 40's and was below normal quite a few years before she died.   I am 100% sure she had EHS now, in retrospect.
She had Chronic Fatigue in the late 80's, early 90's during her father's terminal illness.  She lost a ton of weight (like I am now). Following her recovery with CF, she was medicated for years for headaches, anxiety (panic attacks) depression, facial flushing later in life, pains in her back, legs, fibromyalgia, very poor appetite (for decades) and increasing skin issues (rashes on her legs, allergies to latex, spandex, etc..).  She became more and more disorganized and had balance problems (dizziness).  She became disabled in her late 40's.

At the time, years before my own realization of my own EHS, I even wondered if she was a hypochondriac because I didn't understand why she felt so unwell and saw so many doctors trying to find answers.  More than a few times over a decade she was afraid she was developing Alzheimers like her mother.  Again the same feeling of temporary dementia I develop after exposure to enough EMF/RF.   The thick blood in Rouleaux formation depleting oxygen from red blood cells leaving the brain struggling to function correctly and other organs.

Now, I see the same pattern of fear an anxiety in me that she had as I tried to get help and answers from a medical community has no concept to deal with and help those with ES.

Perhaps low/lower sodium is a biomarker in some or many cases?

I started adding Himalayan salt to my distilled water.  I think I will try the spray bottle method when I have to see a doctor/dentist or have to leave the house.  I haven't left this house since March 2020 and barely left it since last July.   When I hear people talk about cabin fever or be upset about staying home they have no idea what it is like for people with severe EHS.

Thanks for sharing as well Ellen

It was sailplane on here that reminded me of the
importance of minerals with ehs

Also a friend of mine who is a student of jack kruse
mentioned that vitamin B1 is good for unavoidable exposure.I haven't experimented with this yet though.

I can relate to the brain fog sensations during exposure. Some of us are especially sensitive to these fields.I think it also can have lasting effects in some of us.I notice even away from emr

There is that dementia like feeling at times regardless of gluten or gluten free

Saunas and mineral replenishment tend to alleviate some of this (though I am I'm the trophics now and its too watm here for saunas) as I believe ts connected to heavy metals, viruses and detox pathways as Klinghardt says

I think my reaction to Vitamin B1 is worse than my reaction to a lot of EMFs.

There are a lot of people who have trouble with B vitamins, at least in supplement form.

Foods that are high in B vitamins are no problem for me, though.

Marc, since you have done so well with regard to getting stronger and being able to be out in the world.. would you mind sharing your general diet?  Examples (kinds of greens, protein powder brands, etc...)
I realize everyone is different but if you have a pretty regular food and beverage routine I would be interested since I really struggle with the right diet.

I see you as an inspiration with how much you have recovered from where you were.

Btw, I noticed Crystal Energy and phi science products seem to be out of stock for some time on their website.
Do you still use that?

Thanks, Marc!

I'm not sure that my diet is all that great now, although when I was recovering I was vegan and bought everything at an organic food co-op.  So it was better then.  And I juiced (carrots, celery, beets), ate lots of apples and avocados and quinoa.  And I was drinking no alcohol at the time.

These days my diet is worse, as I eat lots of restaurant food (Greek, Italian, Thai) and have added meat back into my diet (beef, turkey, bison, sardines) and dairy (yogurt, kefir, cheese) and small amounts of alcohol.

I still do use Phi Science products, but not nearly as much as I used to.  Maybe they've gone out of stock because the inventor died, or maybe it's COVID-19 related?  (seems like all sorts of things are out of stock these days).  I do know that Royal BodyCare has similar products, so that might be an alternative (and Flanagan's products used to be sold exclusively from Royal BodyCare).
