One suggestion that helped me incredibly well

Jinna
In March this year, I felt so bad as with flu symptoms and plus ALL my ES symptoms came back high.

What I did was:

I went out barefoot touching the plants and earth for many hours a day.
Only like this, I felt healthier again.

I wonder though in winter, how I will manage this...

Now I feel pretty strong, physically too, and I attribute that only to staying outside most hours of the day, far from wifi from my own house...

In my case, this was my best medicine since March this year.

It really felt something was totally wrong with my body, then that pain of cardiac arrest...

It left scars until today, I can feel the point of pain in my chest, probably something did happen at a certain point....

I'm not going to doctors, what can they do anyway...

I feel so connected now to the earth, these days, that I wonder if the earth itself is not healing me.
It's crazy to say that, because I never felt that so clearly.

If I only sit outside, barefoot on the grass, I don't feel the same deep effect.
It's good, but not excellent.

It's by touching plants that the healing effect comes more clearly, I think.

after that heart issue in March (extreme chest pain, could not walk, could not talk anymore),  my brain sent me a an emergency message: that I needed some emergency rescue by going outside, staying outside, avoiding man made frequencies as much as I could.

My brain was not getting fed with internet news, covid lies, chinese lies, all this hysteria of social distance...

My intuition says that, for people with e-sensitivity like us, the only way out is to reconnect to nature in a PHYSICAL way.

Only nature can support us, and the relation should be first physical, because no herb, no diet, no treatment you do, esmog avoidance etc will do the job anymore...

We need enough time (hours a day)  and interaction with nature to get healing benefits.

I feel so strong that I'm trying to build some muscles in my arms, something I never felt like doing, due to physical weakness, extreme low weight.

Whatever... I hope you all find your way in this crazy world.

In my experience, the only super effective way I found (and rather fast way) was to be out in nature, not only walking in the forest, mountains, but dealing with it through planting.

Replanting trees, salads, flowers, sprouts, whatever I felt like doing.

I guess, to stay hours every day, you need an activity outside, that's why.

That alone is helping me with internet addictions, too.

But the best payment I'm getting is to feel positive again, it's like I feel there's a life in the future for me.

If I ask my brain, it says: the future is dark.

If I feel what my body is feeling, it says: the future is bright.

I never thought I was going to ACTUALLY feel that again, in my life, due to all negative news, negative feelings, disease symptoms etc.

yes, as a rule of thumb following the news is madness and leads to more of same.
nature leads a way back to reality and sanity, both away from emfs and common mental pollution.

Agree with you earthw...

The corona madness is better here in Switzerland... It feels like life came back to normal, almost.
Just no more chemtrails, almost no airplanes...

There are barely any cases anymore.

I sincerely think this was an overwhelming exaggeration of the facts.

The prediction of 65 million deaths of the simulation done by Bill Gates and John Hopkins Institute for the 'next' corona virus was just a strategy of fear.

I do think the population of Wuhan was dying due to something else, people died like flies there, but not from any flu virus.

Corona came as an excuse to explain deaths there.

If I understood well, there were no bats at the Wuhan market, even.

I just wonder if the total number of deaths this year worldwide will be any different than the numbers of deaths in any other year where the flu stroke harder.

David, are you also a plant lover?

It's the 2nd time I got direct healing from them, I think.

Do you also get better through contact with plants (from ES symptoms)?

All life-forms are supposed to produce frequencies, according to some. Maybe the frequencies of the plants are healing to you.

It sounds like you might be benefiting from negative ions from the ground and plants on the ground. If so, you might appreciate an ionizer (not one of the ozone-producing ones). I got an ionbox ionizer the other year, and I noticed a huge difference in how good I felt. The effect seems to fade away gradually over a long time of use. I'm not sure if it's my device not working as well, or if my body just decided it has enough negative ions. I'll have to get another one some day to find out. Of course, it might produce EMFs, for all I know (so, be careful).

You also could be absorbing minerals through your feet, and stuff like that, too. When I work in the garden and get mud on my hands, feet, or legs, it seems to make a difference in how I feel.

Also microbes in the environment could be having a positive influence on you.

I think appreciating beauty is also conducive to health.

But yeah, probably the main thing is being out in nature, the peace, and the rest from EMFs.

The better I feel from the things I mentioned isn't necessarily related to EMFs, but it could be. I would need to experiment.

What you describe reminds me of how good I feel when I go camping or even camp in the backyard.

a good ionizer ( most are garbage ) collects a lot of dirt on its rod ( to be wiped clean once in a while ).
however it produces a strong electric field as well, so it may be better to keep some distance ( like 4+ meter ) from it when in use.
i didn't feel pleasant around one, but it can purify the air in a certain range of very small particles.
to get rid of most types of air pollution other filters are needed.
outside buildings there is usually not only less emfs, but the air is cleaner and fresher as well.
yes, keeping in touch with the earth is essential for a healthy life too.

Hi Puff, sorry for late response...

Yes, I agree with everything you said.

I continue working in the garden as much as I can, the effects are naturally less evident now, but the more I'm out, the stronger I feel.

We went for a few days hiking in the mountains, despite having shoes, i also felt very well.
I guess exercise, fresh air, sunlight and the TIMING is important.

What I mean is that, when you RELATE to nature, like planting, caring for plants, harvesting, etc or when you simply walk, no device, no music, only you with your legs in the mountains or wherever you go, the brain goes back to what used to be a normal rhythm.

Very slow compared to what my brain is used: internet, youtube, constant music in the ears, whatever, even books can overwhelm me when I read too much.

Relating directly to nature send me back to nature's time, and like a clock, my body adjusts to it.
There's profound easiness then, a sort of satisfaction that is hard to explain.

I feel a bit like going back to the rhythm we were supposed to be living in, nothing that overwhelms.
At the beginning of gardening, I tried to impose my own rhythm, why don't you grow faster?, why do I need to water you again and again?, why don't you accept the dirt I give you?...

Plants will tell what they want, exactly like a person. And they do that in THEIR own timing.
No matter how my brain is, what I want to do, how I feel. Plants pull me back to their rhythm, all the time.

And this feels comforting somehow. It's like being taught some kind of lost language again - basically, the language of natural time.

That's why I haven't been here too much (in the internet).
The internet has its own time-consuming rhythm and it's a spiral-down, very self-consuming, and not healthy in a sense, as it doesn't bring quietness.

We all need that quietness, that grounding, to calm our nervous system.
All EHS sufferers have this problem of over-reaction, anxiety, nervousness....

-------------------
Yes, negative ions do have some impact too, I feel.
I feel that clearly when I use my Violet Ray. Very calming too, a deep energy fills my cells.

But overdoing it brings little, I agree.

About garden / dirt microbes: I wonder if they do help too.

Do you also go out in nature often? or have a garden?

earthworm,

don't you feel that opening windows and getting fresh air work as well as the ionizer?

Uphillbattle!!

You say it!!!! It's true, but I live in Switzerland and the ocean is very far......

I go sometimes swim at the lakes, and the feeling is already good.

But I agree, the ocean, with its salty water is the best.

Even lying on the wet sand feels like we got a magnet pulling me down the center of the earth.

I think it's the strongest grounding sensation I ever felt: lying full body on wet sand, my body feels like having 2x the weight!!!

It helps to wear some type of grounding footwear.  II tried this experiment: Owning two Silverell-fabric socks, I put on athletic shoes and walked on grass.  Then I tried tying ones of the socks under a foot while wearing the other one normally.  I tucked both ends of the underneath sock into my other sock, so it touched my ankle on both sides.

What a difference! I could immediately felt better.

Anybody have any recommendation on the best way to ground our feet?

I used to wear "static dissipative" shoes, which at the time were obviously reducing the amount of shocks I got when touching things, and I also thought *might* be helping a bit with my ES symptoms.  I don't wear them any more, but I also don't seem to have issues with shocks anymore, so something in me must have improved since then (as that used to be a big problem for me).

Brand name was "Red Wing".
