That's not horribly bad. Isn't 250nT the same as 2.5-5 milligauss? When I tested some new vehicles (Edge, Tiguan, Soul, and Equinox) about a year ago, I'd say the average (around drivers torso) was around 7-8 milligauss. I had the same results as far as no effect from wheel-spin.
Yes it is around 5mG,.. I haven't found any vehicles that have ranges that you're talking about.
I just tested a 2018 Toyota Tundra and it was between 50 and 150nT, mostly around 50's and 60's, even better than my 2014 Corolla. So that is significantly better than the Ram.

What meter are you using??.. It really sounds odd you're getting 7-8mG that is high.. but I never tested any of the ones you listed.. I've tested quite 6 different models and the Ram is the highest so far, with the rest mostly 50-150's, nothing has topped 100's in the general passenger area/head/arms except the Ram.

I see you haven't posted in a while. Thought i'd take a shot and message because I'm currently looking for a vehicle to buy. Which trims of f-150 did you test and what options were avaiable on the ones you tested. Thanks.

After months of testing vehicles for magnetic fields I found that the best were Ford and Chevy Trucks. The best one I have tested so far is a Ford F-150/250 with 6 or 8 cylinders, 8 being better than 6. 2WD vs 4WD didn't show any noticeable difference. When idle the readings in the drivers & passengers seats were between .25-.5 mG. On the drivers or passengers floor about 1mG. Backseats .25 mG, floors in the back less than .5 mG. While driving the readings did go up, but not a lot and ranged between 1-2mG on the highway for the floor, and between .5-1 mG in the seat (at my face level there was virtually no reading). Very happy after testing about 4 different F-150s of different years 2014, 2015, 2016 and they were all showing the same readings, now I am just trying to find the right one for the right price :)

Not all trucks are good though. I found GMC trucks to be not as good. Toyotas were the worst for trucks. I think dodge trucks would probably have been okay as well though I didn't test any because I am having so many problems with my dodge vehicle right now I don't want another dodge.

Which vehicles did you test? If you are getting that low of readings I would like to check those vehicles out.  The majority of the ones I have tested have been well over 7-8 milligaus. I used the cornet ed88t plus to test them. I have gotten some vehicles near the 100 mg range. Thanks
