There is "affordible housing" for disabled, as disability often reduces competitive advantage in this twisted, artificially designed society based on money (a total fabrication of value).

Unfortunately, here in the US, Elelectrohypersensitivity, which is a functional impairment (that is, disability caused by inferior, inaccessible environment), does not register with existing housing provisions for the disabled. EHS is not recognized at all by those the EHS sufferer would need assistance from legally as well as a consumer: municipalities are ignorant of it, untrained to accomodate, and doctors are entirely untrained.

EHS is discarded as a mental illness, which is a disability but because of the misdiagnosis, misconcieving the environmental sickness for illness in the individual, only symptoms are treated and the housing you will get for a mental illness is likely to make the condition of EHS worse, as the living arrangements are invariably tightly packed apartments with the standard feature of highly toxic and diabling wireless tech... you will be discriminated against even more along the very avenues that are supposed to respect your human rights and meet your disability needs.

We must be pioneers I suppose: paving a path bit by bit by asserting our rights, with guidance from neurosurgeon Dr. Olle Johansson
https://electromagnetichealth.org/electromagnetic-health-blog/letter-from-olle-johansson-ehs/

I remember coming accross one account of ONE person getting disability accomodation for EHS through HUD, Housing and Urban Development.

We have to take action alone since no one seems too concerned about violating our rights as electrohypersensitive... too addicted to their phones to even prioritize their time, let alone their human capacity for care.

Wishing you the best, as what you establish as one will benefit all life, not just those severely poisoned and damaged.

Welcome to the club... we are a new type of refugees, looking for a safe place to just be and try to feel better... I have slept in some pretty uncomfortable places when my health was at the lowest because of radiation: abandoned huts, in the middle of the winter, other times on the edge of a parc, at the end of winter, awakening because of rain coming on my sleeping bag. This was when I still had the energy to walk with a full backpack (have no car) just for spending the night.  Now, I have back problems, among other, so I don't want go too far with a heavy pack.
Anyway, I believe to do this outside of the system, meaning, creating a refuge without the help of the state etc... Coming together as a group of people and trying to live more or less together.
The thing is: I do have a bit of savings to buy something small/cheap (land/small house), but because I have no driving license and no car (but I could afford to buy one), it's really difficult, and the people around here are totally not interested in these things, so I am alone in this search. But I'm not giving up!!!
