Large crystal seems to act like polarizer/ What supplements-diet do you use?

Glenn Coleman
Hi Marc,

I purchased what is called a "prosperity crystal" from our pranic healing
association. As its name says it is supposed to attract prosperity.
Interestingly enough, from the moment I picked it up, it gave my body some
sort of electrical balancing. So anytime I feel EMF is overwhelming me, I
hold onto the crystal and it helps level me out. It is too big to carry
around, but throught it was an interesting discovery for its use. They also
having "healing crystals" which have a different frequency, so I am going to
buy one of those to see its effect.

I think it is well known on how crystal can be used to concentrate white
light, but I didn't realize it would act like a polarizer. It only cost me
about $25 US so seems like an inexpensive polarizer - may not be as
effective as others, but worth knowing.

I have read that you take various supplements to detoxify your body and to
attach to the toxins to carry them out safely. I am curious what your list
of supplements & diet looks like? I have noticed the following seeming to
help some people with EMF, and am curious if I am missing any others:

1) Omega 3 oils, etc; Avocados & olive oil; Salmon oil
2) Calcium
3) Potassium
4) Low carb diet
5) Detox: Chic seeds; Active-H; Immunocal (my own favorite); SpringLife
Polarizer
6) Raw fish & beef (previously frozen)

Cheers,

Glenn

I've had limited experiences with using large quartz crystals. They
did seem to help with EMF tolerance, but I also found them somewhat
agitating so I stopped using them.

For me, I've used all sorts of things, but the things I've done
continously for years are:

carrot juice, avacados, dates, bananas, apples, quinoa (cooked),
olive oil, sea vegetables, Active H-, Cellfood, EMF protection
devices (various), beans/rice, avoidance of wheat, meat, sugar,
dairy.

As for chia, these were definitely helpful for my EMF tolerance,
however I recently took them in for EAV testing, and the tester
thought it was stressing my heart too much, so I discontinued it.
