SpaceX has launched a further 60 Starlink satellites, bringing the future broadband service's satellite count to 300 since the first entered orbit last May.

Just thinking this through, why does the FCC have the authority for global satellites?   The RF would impact the planet and therefore other countries could form a coalition to stop it.  
Unless the 7k are all aimed at the U.S.?

These satellites travel all around the planet (just like the international space station), so presumably other countries could object, or maybe even shoot them down...
