lights.

There is also a rarer type of epilepsy which can be triggered by a
ringing bell or the sound of Mary Hart's voice.

Epilepsy is viewed as being too much electricity in one or more
parts of the brain (over generalization).

ADHD - at least one of the types of ADHD - the inattentive type - is
viewed as being too little electricity in the brain stem/surrounding
areas (an underaroused CNS - Central Nervous System)(over
generalization).

Generally speaking, based on a very preliminary look at epilepsy and
ADHD, it does not seem like the topic of possible electrical
sensitivity comes up at all/is discussed at all. The topic simply
is ~ not mentioned at all - my preliminary view (over
generalization).
