Just writing again about chronic infections, that we ALL have, even if we don't know.
How do I know? Because I'm healing from them, my health curve is going upwards, no doubt, and I now know I've been fighting chronic infections since my childhood.
I'm reaching 55 and getting better, so it can't be just by chance.
Since I'm 25, my health has only got worse, and this was BEFORE the massive EMRs from mobile phones, wifis etc.
Every year, in winter, like a clock, I suffered from severe chilblains. After more than a decade suffering of them in colder months, they moved to my hands. Then came lyme disease, when I discovered I had ES problems. Bad sensitivity.
Lyme was healed, but my chillblains remained. And so my brain fog, liver pains, fatigue on and off, and several other acute infections on and off (like cistitis or arthritis).
Last 10 years before starting on the Medical Medium diet, I only lost weight. I had several food allergies, most fruits simply burned my mouth and caused me more diarrhea to the point I thought I was going to die (disappear, from low weight).
So I embarked on a last diet trial, as I had tried many before (the worst was the keto, that almost killed me).
4 months later I could eat ALL fruits I couldn't, my weight stabilized.
It was full of ups and downs, but I kept doing it, with cleanses on and off, celery on and off, etc...
Now it'll be 2 years and I practically have no more arthritis.
My chillblain problem may still come in January, but until now, it's not here.
Brain fog is past, I think. I never got that anymore.
I do think ES is somehow directly linked to chronic infections, because of toxicity of the body.
The MM diet basically is very light, full of living liquids (celery juice, cucumber juice, fruit juice and fresh fruits and veggies).
I think it gives my body the chance to clean, to unload my liver (it never felt so good in the last 20 years), and with that, I give a chance to my immune system to kick in and fight the rest of chronic infections that cause all sorts of health problems.
My 16 year old daughter is on it. She suffered from depression, anxiety, food allergies, pimples/ acne, PMS etc. She's MUCH better, about 90% better. When she re starts gluten or bad foods, the first thing that comes back is depression.
I wonder how many of our health problems are not from these foods feeding pathogens (gluten, eggs and milk products).
My husband has a whole different set of problems, mostly on skin. But badly. He also goes on the same diet, it takes weeks to heal, but his skin clears completely, if he keeps the diet strictly.
Just sharing it here, for those who would like to try it. It became my main tool to fight any chronic problem.
i believe i have a chronic infection too...something weird going on with my liver.
can we just plan a massive protest? lol. im tired of posting on here. tired of suffering. this just isn't fair at ALL. I feel like I'm being attacked, literally and it pains me to sit behind message boards seeing what others have done or buying vitamins/minerals/gadgets that might help a bit, but not over the long haul. i'm getting really tired...and really sick.
but...i also seem better off wheats...i also wonder if EMFs are the culprit behind gluten sensitivity anyway. People had been eating that stuff for Centuries!!!
Now I'm trying the GAPS diet. Just meats, broth/gelatin, and veggies. Limited fruit. The worry though is the calcium. I think this EMF issue is causing difficulty in reabsorbing calcium properly which can end up as calcium deposits and eventually stroke, heart attack, and heaven knows what else.
Anyone else feel prickly feelings around your waist? I have a feeling that's transfer of stuff in gut due to "leaky gut"...

One popular theory is that gluten sensitivity started as a result of using "Round Up" weed killer, and that people aren't actually sensitive to gluten, but are rather Glyphosate Intolerant.
If true, that has nothing to do with EMF. :-)

And on the subject of calcium, a popular theory is that people have too much calcium in their diet, along with too much supplemental Vitamin D, and too little magnesium and too little Vitamin K2. Which ends up causing all those problems.
Which again would be unrelated to EMF. Although certainly EMF has been implicated with causing calcium problems.
Did you know some wheat farmers dessicate their fields with glyphosate before the harvest? In other words, they put weed killer on the stuff you eat, on purpose, to kill it (and to cause it to produce an extra boost before it dies). They mostly only dessicate in the North, though, I think (and not on every field). If you can get it, organic wheat, or wheat from southern areas may have less glyphosate on it.
However, even if glyphosate causes gluten-sensitivity, it's definitely not the only cause. Some causes are known: for example, mercury and lead can inhibit enzymes needed to digest milk casein and wheat gluten. Mercury is a bigger problem in rice than fish, I've read (especially Asian rice).
I don't know if there's a connection between heavy metals and ES, but I could imagine heavy metals making the symptoms worse.
I don't have anything other than anecdotal evidence, but I believe that eating raw wheat also contributes to wheat/gluten intolerances and/or allergies. So, I like to avoid cookie dough ice cream and stuff like that.
Microwaved food may not be cooked evenly, and some wheat particles may be raw as a result. If you microwave food, you should probably avoid microwaving raw grain products.
yeah i think its the EMFs. The timing that all this is happening to me is pretty suspect. Not to mention I FELT some strange energy beating away at my heart starting around the second week in February. I felt it every time I was in close proximity to cellphones. I dont own one, and dont want one. It was super weird. At school it would be pounding away and I could barely breathe, my eyes were rolling...scary. When I'd get home after about an hour or so I would be ok. Then it would start up again at school. Had to cancel after 3 days of that nonsense. I called it quits. Couple months later I got inflamed and I think I'm healing from that.
But what you're saying I believe is 100 percent correct. I have some weird unbalance of magnesium, calcium, and vit k2. I take k2 and can FEEL weird stuff in my body concentrate toward my stomach.It like moves like slime or something. It's soooo freaking weird and I can feel it more while I'm grounded.

Koa, sorry to know about liver problems and ES.
Look: liver problems = toxic problem as the liver is the 1st organ of defense concerning toxins.
Toxin problem ALWAYS comes with chronic and acute infections.
Because toxins lower the immune system, and then pathogens grow.
I had pain in my liver for more than 10 years.
When I had no pain, it felt just like a stone, heavy, something wrong.
Tiredness = the liver is crying for help. That's what German natural doctors say.
I would add: Brain fog = the liver is crying for help.
The fog comes from toxins and extreme fatigue from the body fighting something (ES, pathogens, toxins....).
Yes, people in some areas ate wheat for a long time (not in Asia though).

But the wheat from 10,000 years ago, or even 2,000 years ago is NOT the wheat we eat now, FULL of gluten.
My diet is different from yours.
My liver cannot heal on fats, gelatin, meats, meat soups, etc.
For sure, what you eat (meats, broths, high proteins) goes well ONLY with veggies, not with fruits.
For sure, what I eat only goes well with LOW meat, broths, high proteins, because I LIVE AND THRIVE on fruits. Fruits are my main source of vitamins and energy. I think about 60% of what I eat in a day is fruit.
So I cannot eat a lot of fats and meat as SUGAR from fruits do not go well with FATS.
There CANNOT be a diet mixing high protein / high fats with high sugar: the digestion paths are the opposite.
What I learned from the Medical medium diet is to eat a lot of fruits.
My husband is also a fruit lover, and if he eats A LOT OF FRUIT in a day, his skin problems are CLEARLY lowered. So he's a fan. But he LOVES MEAT, so what I do, I give him meat with veggies FAR from fruits.
But in my case, I put my hands on fire for LOW FAT, LOW PROTEIN diet for my LIVER.
I've been on that for the last 2 years, and my liver has never been so good.
I don't even know I have a liver, while in the last 10-15 years, I felt my liver EVERY MOMENT of the day, 365 days / year. It felt wrong, simply.
Who knows Marc. It could be.... (gluten problems caused by glyphosate)...
It sounds like you are doing well.'m in Northern California and notice I get cold very easily even though the temps are in the 50s.Feet are cold indoors even wearing socks unless the heater is turned way up
Difficult adjusting from Yucatan.There is less sunlight now as we are close to winter.Do you have any tips on how one can adjust?
I notice more fatigue now that theres less light.I also notice more twitching in the muscles around Emf.When I went to the park the twitching and fluike symptoms were better
It seems that my body feels more inflamed from the Air circulating from the heater. Sometimes mucus coming from the lungs.As you may know there was wildfire a couple months ago in Califonia in the summer

Cold weather is a problem for most people: low immunity, more chronic infections show up.
I know the cold feet, cold hands problem.
If I understand it well, the more active pathogens we have, the more toxins fly around. And vice versa, the more toxins we have, the more pathogens grow.
EMFs will not make the problem better, as EMFs lower immunity and react badly with our toxic heavy metals...
I guess when cold season comes, it's one more WHAM on the body....
Certainly closed rooms do not help. Have you tried some wet towels spread around the house? I use these and also pots of water around, plus I got lots of plant pots that also help humidity...
As for mucus, I guess, food is the MAIN cause of it. It's my opinion.
There's this guy called Ehret, do you know him? He wrote a book called the Muculess diet or something like that.
Basically, he proposes only eating raw, loads of fruits.
I know it helps me, because when I go raw, everything improves.
As for wild fire, I guess it can't do good to anyone.
I also breathed fire dust while I was in Indonesia for 3 weeks, and came back with something that felt like lung pain.
It's certainly not good, but I have no idea what to do to clean that....
Can you still go out barefoot to ground yourself or is it freezing like it is here (Switzerland)?
