Best option for low RF Televisions??

Elle
I have searched past posts and could not find a recent post regarding TVs that may be lower RF than others.

There are LCD, OLED, and not sure what else is out there.
I want the lowest RF option if possible.

Does anyone have a TV that can still be purchased that is really low RF?

Thanks!

Is purchasing a used set that's 10 years old an option?  I wonder if my next TV will just be someone else's old TV that they are trying to get rid of.

Otherwise, I'm not sure what's out there on the market these days that aren't "Smart".  I've pondered about a Panasonic industrial display (that is intended to be used in a business conference room or a digital billboard), but I think those have pulse-width modulated LED backlights, which put out some RF all by themselves.

These days I don't think there is much available that is immediately safe for anyone with EHS. The best thing you can do is just keep it at a safer distance if you need to have one. I generally do ok for a while in a room with one if the couch is almost completely on the opposite end of an average sized living room. I'm on a computer right now and I can handle my monitor if it's hooked up through the VGA port instead of the HDMI and has a screen shield on it, so maybe if you don't mind getting creative with something like that it could work out. I'm sure some modern wire adapter magic could make it possible.

Thanks.  Which screen shield did you get?

Maybe there is a shielding option for a length of sheet I could apply to the entire front and sides of the TV... ???

Thanks!   I even like the ELF blocking aspect.  I almost want to put a few big pieces between the area of my bed and the wall to try and knock down ELF.  The video at the bottom showed a pretty good drop in ELF from the wall by using the film.  Wow.

Yeah if I'm running the display through the VGA port on my PC here I'm fine with everything, the HDMI there is more bleed through I don't handle as well but better than nothing. I also never thought of doing that, I wonder how well it would do against wifi, which I've had to deal with the entire time I've lived where I am right now. We more recently had to get a remodel on the bathroom done and it got worse cause whatever was on the wall before blocked it far better than what is there now, still don't know what to do about that and want to chuck the thing out the window but other person I live with actually thinks we need wifi despite never using it save for the wireless cable box downstairs which was the dumbest idea they ever had, we never had any issues with anything traditionally wired that didn't rely on 5G wifi. Plus that would be pretty ugly on a wall and extremely expensive. Sure there some way you can work that out though if you get creative.

Yes, I was thinking of only putting behind the headboard of the bed where my head would get the most ELF.

For one key wall, you could put it up and then wallpaper or put a nice decorative rug on the wall to cover it?

The remodel you mentioned, if the drywall and insulation had metal on one side... that was likely why it was better at blocking.
