B vitamins intolerance

yldiz
I think somebody mentioned of B complex intolerance in this list. Do I remember correctly? If that is true my question will be to her/him.Could you please describe which symptoms you experience as b complex intolerance? I might as well have the problem but not able to detect it due to my brain problems.

Thank you.

Nil

Nil,

I am not the person who mentioned it before, but I am intolerant to
vitamin B6. Symptom is a headache starting a couple of hours after
ingestion and continuing up to 36 hours.

Do you get headaches from eating a bananas or potato? Each
of these have 1/3 of your daily requirement for Vitamin B6.

What dosage of Vitamin B6 gives you a headache? The recommended
daily allowance is 2 mg, and the upper tolerable limit is 100 mg
(I suspect that many supplements give you close to the upper
tolerable limit, which seems like a silly idea)
